Needed some pushing to get started because of a backup in his work, but worked steadily on it once started.

They performed work as requested.  Friendly and professional.

We had a HORRENDOUS experience!  Was not home when work was completed.  Think the workman left the door wide open when they cut the brick.  Returned home to find entire house filled with mortar dust!  Not just a little - about 1/8" everywhere over three floors.  Had to open a home owners insurance claim and had to have a professional cleaning company come in and clean, complete with air scrubbers!  Everything had to go to drycleaners (clothing, window treatments, etc.) and ductwork had to be cleaned.  Amounted to a $6,000 cleanup!  Company tried to put blame on us, said that the seal on the door must have been bad (which it was not).  Would not take responsibility with us, but our insurance company is attempting to recoup fees for us!  Terrible Experience!  Beware!

It worked out well. He was timely, had a pleasant crew, and did exactly the work that was needed.

The job went very well, they were very professional and did a great job.  The masonry work was excellent!  I would recommend them to anyone.

They got the job done in less than a day and a half. There was no mess when they were done. They did not disturb my plantings. It just looks prettier than when it was new. I would recommend them if you just want a walk repaired and not completely re- done. The price was great.

He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. He was agreeable and went out of his way to put a drain in. He cleaned up everything before he left and I'm very satisfied with the work he did.

We have 3 flue liners (3 stovepipes) coming out of the top of our chimney. The finish of one of them was defective and it kept chipping away with the seasons. Company came and removed the old one and replaced it with a new one that matches the other two perfectly. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. They also did some minor tuck pointing on one of our walls.

He did a great job. He was very timely in responding to me and giving me an estimate. He showed up when he was supposed to and got it fixed. He cleaned up after himself.

They did good work. I don't remember the cost. They came and gave us a legitimate estimate. They showed up, did the work, and cleaned up. They were very polite and professional all the time. Their price was good. We called them up and they came the next day to give the estimate. I would use them in the future and refer them to someone.

Well he did everything he could, and he was supposed to come back for something else, but he did not get back to me. He finished the work on time and did a good job.

It went very well and they did a nice job. We had a bit of a problem with a crack afterward and they came right back out and took care of it. We were very happy with the situation.

I called Bill from an ad in Angie's List monthly magazine. He came out within a few days to give an estimate, and we scheduled the work to be done in 2 weeks, after I returned from a trip. We own a one year old brick house. The bricks had never been cleaned and really needed to be acid washed to get off all of the construction debris and drips in the mortar. Marco came out with a power washer and used a cleansing detergent made for my brick type. He worked by himself and cleaned our bricks in about 3 hours. I pointed out some particularly bad areas, and Marco gave them extra attention. He asked me to check his work before he left. Marco is a good worker, was focused on his work, polite, and very friendly. We were pleased with the wash and our bricks look much better! Previously, we had contracted with another mason who had been personally recommended by another contractor. Then we couldn't get him to call us back to do the brick washing for $1650! So, I checked Angie's List instead. I now go to Angie's List to find contractors instead of the Yellow Pages or personal recommendations. I know Angie's List companies are interested in satisfied customers. I have used 3 Angie's List contractors this summer. I am grateful for Angie's List!

It was great working with them. They did the job when they said they would. They also did the job at the price they quoted me at. The quality of the work was excellent.

Repaired walk and stoop in the front of our house, in our walkway. He did a great job!

Bill and his crew came to our house within in a few days of us having called him. He and his crew expertly repaired all the brickwork that we asked him to do. He and his crew were so pleasant and professional. I wish all the service people we hired were as good as he and his crew were. We would definitely hire them again.

They were prompt in getting the work done and reasonably priced. They cleaned up the site after very well, which some contractors don't do.
