We would highly recommend Tim Kress to anyone who needs electrical work done.  He was very professional in both workmanship and manner.   His work was neat and clean and he was always punctual.   He gave us several suggestions that saved us money by either making our house more energy-efficient (such as installing T-8 lighting) or by giving us less expensive options to what we wanted to do (such as reducing the number of electrical outlets that we thought we needed).  Tim was also very considerate of our needs; he tried to work around our schedule whenever possible and made sure that we had back-up power for our refrigerator when he replaced the electrical panel.  His prices were also very reasonable.  We would definitely use Tim again!

Tim is always punctual and quick to return calls.  I have used him several times for jobs since 2005, and this is always the case.  His prices are always very reasonable.  He is pleasant and able to fix my electrical problems without any future complications.  I would highly recommend his services.

I had a list of several issues that needed addressing by a qualified electrician. Tim was recommended by Exterior Home Improvement's Steve Smalley and was very personable and facilitating over the phone.
On the day of our scheduled appointment, Tim showed up, went through my projects with me, prepared and presented an estimate and generally described the process prior to my approving his costs.
He then left to purchase the necessary hardware, returning quickly and getting to work.
Tim spent a good portion of a day, methodically ticking off one project after another, professionally and efficiently addressing all the issues we faced. In fact, Tim pointed out the doorbell and dusk-to-dawn sensor issues while working on other items.
To say his work was satisfactory is an understatement. Tim had me review and approve every repair prior to moving on to the next task. And when he was done and presented me his bill, I was not only pleasantly surprised, I was a bit shocked at how affordable his rates were!
Tim says he doesn't advertise as he has as much business as he can handle. I can see why. I've since provided his name to everyone I speak to who mentions possibly needing electrical repairs. His warm personality and efficient workmanlike service make me confident that he will take care of others the way he took care of me.

Tim is great - I've used him since we met during a whole-house electrical upgrade a number of years back. Tim was working for another outfit then, and I was very impressed with his competence, friendliness, and professionalism. Consequently, when he struck out on his own, he became my go-to guy for electrical. On this job as on all the others when I've used him he has always more than satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you try him over the big companies!

We have used Tim to do several projects since 2006.  He is excellent with electrical work and is very professional. 

Very well-Tim had to do the work over 2 full days and provided all materials for the job. He's a good worker and cleans up after the job. Would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for a job.

He is very professional and detailed. Other people had said that they couldn't install the cable and Tim came in and did it.
