Jeff was great. If I were to ever tile my house again I would use him every single time. Not only are his prices competitive, the quality of work which he did was tremendous. He can do anything. He made my entire house look terrific from tiling every single room flooring, 2 showers, fireplaces, backs plash, he can really do anything. I would 100% use him every single time. And.. hes a nice, easy guy to work with, had a fantastic experience.

Jeff was very competent and knowledgeable. He used a new grout that has been available only two months that requires no sealing and is stain resistant. He was very punctual and very neat. He has worked on multi million homes and therefore has the latest design techniques. His work appears on a regular basis in Indianapolis Magazine. His prices are very competitive.

You may have to wait a couple weeks to get on his schedule but once he gave us a date, he was here. Felt safe leaving him here while I was out. We are very pleased with his work. He cleaned up well each day as he left.

The project started on-time and ended on-time. TileGuyz did an excellent job at accommodating my schedule, coordinating with the plumper and supplier.

His work is excellent and I would absolutely hire him again. And the price was right too.

He is reliable and he does good quality work. He is trustworthy and he does the work that he says he is going to do. I would definitely use him again.

We received an estimate and the work was completed within that estimate in just a matter of days.

The man who runs the outfit came by for an estimate. He was very amicable and the install price we agreed upon was a bargain. He had never worked with this product before but was up for the challenge. I wanted the floor installed ASAP because my washer and dryer couldn't go in until the flooring was installed. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine and was in and out in no time. The floor looks great and (a year and a half later) I have had no issues with the floor or the install. I would definitely hire him again.

After some initial communication delays everything moved along nicely. Jeff helped consider all kinds of scenarios and making a good decision. They came out three days in a row, got the job done nicely and professionally, when he had a problem that was considered outside of his expertise he seemed to have a great network of other resources that came out as well. The extra work that needed to be done was very reasonably priced and high quality work. Overall the job itself was done wonderfully. I wish we hadn't had those difficulties in the beginning which had just cost a lot of time.

Jeff was kind and professional. He was punctual and reliable and gave us realistic expectations for the time the job would take and how many trips would be required. The finished product is nicely done. Our only suggestions for improvement would be more discussion about matching of the grout/caulk and the payment terms. Up front, he said no money was due until after the job was complete. However, about 50% of the way through the job, he asked for 50% of the fee. We gladly paid it and it did not change his responsivness at all. But it was different than what was quoted up front. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would feel comfortable using him again.

Jeff was very helpful selecting material and finding the best solutions for the tasks performed. He was very easy to work with and also communicated well with the other contractors on the job site to coordinate timing of work to be done. Overall, great exerience for very reasonable cost.

Their price was pretty reasonable for a very large patio. They are always very prompt. Their prices are very fair. Most importantly, their quality of work is excellent. They do an awesome job.
