Thomas Docks

Very good. Communication was great and they were able to visit me much sooner than originally estimated during their busy time.

Scott Thomas was cooperative and patient and we drove to Noblesville from Plainfield and viewed his work on another lake.
Installation was done in about 4 hours as the dock was pre-made according to our specifications. We are very happy with our maintenance free dock. Scott came back before the 4th of July and installed our swim ladder on the dock in time for our party despite his busy schedule and we really appreciate that. We chose Thomas Docks because building docks is what they do and it is very evident when they come on site that they know what they are doing.

These guys are the best in the area from a customer service standpoint. Others I have dealt with either don't return phone calls or respond days and days later.

They were very friendly and their work was very good. We had a few minor issues but they made an effort to correct them. They were usually on time. Quality of work was good...overall they did a good job.

It was a wonderful experience. They were honest people, did everything they said they would, and were on time. I thought the price was reasonable. They were great about coming back to correct even small details and changes that we wanted.

They were quick to come out and give us an estimate and answered our questions. We also went to their site to view the materials that would be used. We originally planned on redoing the dock only but they also offered to replaced the deck next to the water. They did a great job on the dock. There was a miscommunication on where the railing should be on the deck but they came out and fixed it. We are happy with their work.

They are very good. They are experts in seawalls and boatlifts. I was very satisfied with their quality work. They are very highly used on Indianapolis reservoir.

The overall experience was very positive from start to finish. My old lift was damaged in a thunderstorm at the end of October 2010. I called Thomas Docks to come out to quote a replacement lift and dock. Scott gave me several options and never pressured me to go with the most expensive option. I paid him 50% down in January to order the new dock and lift. The ice melted off Morse Reservoir around the end of February and his guys were out on March 2nd for installation. I couldn't be happier with the new dock and lift - looks great and everything is exactly as he described it would be. Scott personally came to my house after installation to show me how to operate the new lift and to make sure I was happy with everything. The original quote and final bill were exactly the same. I have been recommending Thomas Docks to other friends.
