Great company!  I continue to use The Salt Guys on a regular basis.  I am set up on a schedule and they come out every month or 2 to fill my softener tank with salt.  It's a great service and convenient.  No more lugging heavy 40 lb bags of salt from the store to the car to the softener, and it doesn't cost much more than if you do it yourself.  Well worth the cost and convenience.  I highly recommend them.

The deliveries are on-time and as expected. It is a very useful service, and ensures that I always have salt in the softener.

This service really made me happy. I heard about them from a company I called about a water softener when I asked if they delivered salt to one's home- they didn't, but they used The Salt Guys to do it. We HATE buying salt and putting it in (heavy, dirty, etc.), so I thought this seemed like a reasonable solution. It worked even better than I expected! I went online on Thursday to ask them to deliver 5 bags of solar salt the following day, thinking they might not be able to do it, but they made it happen. The gentleman only had the next level up of solar salt, but said he'd give it to me at the per bag price of the kind I ordered- NO DELIVERY FEE because we live in Hamilton County (they're out of Noblesville). He showed up on time, put the salt in, took the empty bags away and was very polite. I loved not having to mess around with softener salt and will definitely call them in the future when we're running low. This seems like a great service for busy people, the elderly or anyone who hates putting softener salt in!

We've been tremendously happy with the service we've gotten from The Salt Guys. Shelli or another member of the team set up a schedule based on our needs, and she always emails us prior to delivery to see if we need any adjustments up or down from the usual quantity. They follow my drop off instructions perfectly, leave an easy-to-understand invoice, and make it super convenient by being responsive over email.
Very professional and saves us a lot of needless errand running and gas - not to mention the heavy lifting! One less thing to worry about in our busy lives - my wife and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I found them through their website, which I thought was well designed and easy to understand. What a great idea! When I compared the pricing to what I had been paying, it was competitive... AND I didn't have to worry about lugging all of the bags home in the SUV. They answered my questions promptly and completely via email, making the entire process easy to arrange. When inclement weather forced them to delay delivery by a day, they were quick to inform and communicate with me about the reason, which I was fine with. The salt was delivered exactly where I wanted it, outside my garage door. Everything was in great condition, and the invoice was left where I requested it. I really feel like I got some of my life back signing up for this service.

They are wonderful. Very Cheep, they fill our softener, and take their trash out, they come very fast after My phone call.
