I have now been a customer for over twenty years - that alone should give anyone comfort. They are GERAT! Always punctual and do a terrific job each time. Very considerate, thoughtful and attentive. Good work!

Our house has so many windows and some of them are pretty high up and the guy just got on with it and did a fabulous job.

At first the cleaning looked good and the girls were nice and professional. However, a few hours later I noticed a change in color in the upstairs bathroom faucets and shower disks. I immediately notified the company and they sent a girl back out to see and take pictures. The girl was extremely apologetic and stated that they were insured. Well then I started to deal with Fred and Susan in the office. They were incredibly defensive and refused to take any responsibility of what had happened to our faucets (brand new home by the way). They just repeated that they use a natural product and that this has never happened before. Then Fred went as fas as to say I must have sprayed a chemical on all the faucets after they cleaned them-totally illogical! This brand new house was in perfect condition, I called in a maid service, then a few hours later all of our upstairs faucets and shower disks were ruined-looked like metal corrosion. This was also verified by Moen whom I contacted to see what could have happened to our hardware. Pulte homes were also notified.

It was a wonderful experience!  It's been a while since we had the service, so I can't remember all the details, like the name, but I remember she went out of her way on her day off to get people together and perform the clean-out before I had to turn in the keys that weekend.  That cost was what was expected, though she did tell me she would call me when she arrived and got a look at the place to determine the actual cost.  It was very reasonable.  And the end result was perfect!  Did not get charged for any cleanup.  It was amazing!
I will definitely be using her services again!

Their cleaning services were alright not wonderful but mediore I would say. They often missed things (like cleaning a bathtub) but would pick up on them the next week. It is hard to get the same the crew, though I did request this and it did happen now and then. Specifically when they would vacuum they would run the vacuum into furniture. My husband is a woodworker and the bed he made for us was continually gouged no matter how often we asked them not to. Then they began to break things, this began to happen every time they cleaned. I would often find things they had broken and hidden so they would not get into trouble I guess.   The owner would pay for things broken as long as you replace them and present him with a reciept. Its not that my house is full of valuable antiques but there are things in my home that I have purchased over the years that mean something maybe only to me and are hard to replace and therefore presenting a reciept to the owner for replacement didn't always solve the problem. I know some damage was done and positively not reported which became more and more unacceptable. The last time they cleaned for us they broke several pieces of a chandelier in our entry by vacuuming roughtly with no care for what they were doing. The pieces went everywhere and somehow disappeared. The lady that did the damage informed me they were only plastic, which was true, it wasn't made of crystal but it was still mine and I liked it and I didn't appreciate having it destroyed. We never found the parts and believe the lady put them in her pocket thinking we wouldn't discover the damage. We were able to piece it together with glue and replacement parts but that was the last straw to me, I called their office and cancelled their services. When I reported to the employee who answered the phone that things were broken often and then hidden... he said that their crews don't do this, that is not the way they are trained. I didn't find that to be true.  I would not reccomend their service to anyone.

I like everything about them.  They are professional and on time.  They are very flexible; I can call and change dates.  They are friendly.

EXCELLENT - FANTASTIC group of three ladies who came to do the INITIAL top to bottom cleaning!2nd & 3rd visits were good but this DIFFERENT group did miss several things.
Phoned the co. they dealt with it right away and corrected the missed areas.  Very pleased!
On the 3rd visit I had left a couple "tests" to confirm to me (since I was not at the home during their time there) that they had taken care of the areas they were to do that visit.  They did not take care of those "test" areas.  They were missed completely!.  I then spoke to one of the men at the company (who was not the owner) and mentioned I wanted to make CERTAIN they did notmiss those areas again.  He assured me he would make notes and things would be done to my satisfaction.
The DAY OF the scheduled cleaning, after I spoke to Justin the day before about those couple items missed, the OWNER phoned and was extremely RUDE and DEFENSIVE toward me concerning my couple complaints.  After our unpleasant conversation (remember, on the day, within hours of when the team was scheduled to arrive) I chose to FIRE them and told the owner to not send the team out and that our relationship was over.
I want to say my ONLY problem with this company is the OWNER.  On their advertising they state "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" but that is truly not the case when you speak with the OWNER. 
The team leader and the other team members that come to your home are PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and GREAT to work with.
It is the OWNER who is always defensive and unpleasant to communicate with.
I am very SAD this relationship did not work out.  I am not an overly picky person, but when I am paying to have someone clean my home and I have done a tremendous job picking everything up and allowing the crew to just come in and DEEP clean, then I do expect all "22-steps" of their cleaning process to be done and to be done well.

I had used this company, different franchise, before in another state and had been very happy, so I thought I would try them again here. The owner promptly returned my call and within few days came to the house to give me an estimate. When he was delayed, he called to let me know. I accepted his estimate, based on having them come bi-weekly, and the "team" came out for the first visit within 2 wks. Three very nice young women showed up, one of whom is the "team leader". As we walked through all the rooms, she asked for any special instructions or if I wanted them to use a specific product. (Unless asked otherwise, they use their own products.) After greeting my dog, they got right to work. Afterwards, the team leader asked me to look it over to make sure it "passed inspection". Everything looked great, even the hardwood floors (I have a lot). I was encouraged to fill out an online survey to rate the experience, plus the owner called me the following week to make sure I was happy. They are about 20% more expensive that the last company I used, but I think they do a better job. I'm pretty particular so I'll pay a little more if I think the job is worth it. I also like having 2 or 3 workers so that they finish up in an hour or so.

We have been using this service for a couple of years. Overall, they do a good job. They don't always arrive at the same time, which can be a problem. But an excellent thing about the company is that they will work with you if you need to change a date, or cancel a cleaning for that week. They bring all their supplies and are in and out in about an hour. Several people come each time with a lead person in charge. We have been pleased with how they work and if there are problems, they will work to correct them. The only negative I'm not pleased with is the vacuum cleaners. They just don't have enough power to do the job well. Good company to work with.

On their first trip we could have given them a B. on the second trip, they did a bad job on the hard floors. Missed several other areas dusting. We had the same crew both times. They also seem to have some equipment problem with something was duct taped and I were commenting about it.

They are very good, the only problem is you never know exactly when they will arrive because we are usually last on their schedule for the day. They do a great job and come in teams of 3 or 4 people. They work very fast, but do quality work. If we are going to be out of town they are felxible with the schedule and allow us to make adjustments.

I have been using them since March. They do a fantastic and a thorough job. They always take care of everything. They are really good.

I wouldn't hire them again.

We ended up missing about three items so we stopped using them. They always had different people every time they came in, when at the beginning, they said that they would be the same people every time and that was not the way it was. The actual work they did was pretty good for the most part.

It went well. They did a great job. My house was spotless !

The experience has been very good, and they've done a thorough job. They have a policy that you can call within 24 hours and anything that wasn't done right can be done within the day.

They do a really good job and they are quick and efficient.
