Suttons tree lawn and landscape

We hired Eddie to remove several trees and grind the stumps. He had done some work for our parents at a very reasonable price and was very nice and professional to them during the process. His team completed the removal of our trees and were supposed to come back to grind the stumps, but they never have. Because Eddie had done a good job for our parents and my mother had recommended him to MANY other people, we paid him in full for the job trusting that his team would complete their work. Big mistake. Every call or text message we have sent has come back with a response that he will complete the job. Most recently he has stopped responding and months have passed. We have asked at the very least for him to pay us back for what he hasn't completed, which has not happened. Do not hire this company.

Contacted Eddie for an estimate. Got a reasonable estimate - the crew arrived as promised, worked through the day taking care to remove trees closest to the house and cleaned up the yard after the work was done. Very professional and courteous.
