Experience was great. They came out and gave us a quote. They were very prompt in their quote as well as follow up. They were easy to schedule with as well. They came out at 8am and brought a huge crew to do all the work. The work was done in one day. We woudl definately hire them again!

They were very personable and gave us a great deal. They did what they said they would do as well as some extra things that they found. They were honest and down to earth. I felt good about dealing with them, they didn't have a sales pitch. They cleaned up very well after themselves and they came back to make sure we were pleased with the work. He gave us advice with the type of shingles we use and the best time to lay them down. My husband pointed out issues we've had in the past and they addressed those things, as well as finding other things we didn't catch that needed repaired. The extra things we asked them to do were very reasonably price and overall they worked well within our insurance provider's price range. They finished the majority of the roof in one day and the siding took a little longer because it's more tricky and the weather wasn't always cooperating. We will be following up with them on something (nothing major) and they let us know we were welcome to do that if there were any issues. They were all very professional and we were very pleased with the service.

Their estimate vs other vendors was the most straightforward. They started the work within 2 weeks of signing the agreement and finished in about a week (worked continuously on our project, weather permitting). Cleaned up after themselves daily (very meticulously). Took care to move potted plants, etc, to avoid damage from falling shingles.

Very well. I called Mr. Steury one day and he came out and gave me an estimate the next day. Very reasonable. Other estimates were over-priced as they took advantage of the hail storm. Kent's crew were all very nice and pleasant. Kent was very nice about performing the work when I was home which was after my return from vacation. It was terribly hot in mid/late July but his guys did a great job!

Kent Steury was very prompt and professional to work with. He helped me with the insurance claim and completed the work quickly and completely.

Because of rain delays they started late. Once started they worked almost every day till finished except holiday. This is a very large and steep and complicated roof. They did an excellent job. Great detail to their work and did a better then expected job of cleaning up after it was complete.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY MY INSURANCE AGENT. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND OUR ROOF.
