The things that were important to cleaned were done very well. Other things were cleaned around, pushed back or overlooked. The cleaner was very pleasant and I totally trusted her in my home.

Ashley came out and she did a thorough job. I was very pleased with what she did.

Amy is our cleaner and does excellent work. I find her to be trustworthy, reliable, and professional. She is also nice!

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. Laura, the owner, came out first to see my home. I found her very friendly and professional; very personable. She scheduled a person to come and clean my home. The person arrived on time and cleaned my home to my satisfaction. I would use this service again.

We were happy with the results however we signed up for a Big Deal for $149 and when Laura came to inspect she charged an additional $250, bringing the total cost to $399. That seemed high compared to what we paid for a deep clean by another company. The Big Deal also included a cleaning of the oven which was not done. Laura offered to send the housekeeper back to do this or to refund $25.

It went very well. The cleaning person arrived on time with all of the cleaning supplies. She worked continuously until the house looked beautiful.

I paid a premium price for a service that was preformed poorly.

Amy arrives on time every other Monday and if we ever need to make a change for the day of week, she's happy to work with us. She's very friendly with my children and the house always looks great when we get home. I trust her alone in my home and we've never had any issues. Very grateful to Amy for the work she does because it means i get to spend more quality time with my family!

We have used Sparkle by Laura for over a year now, and are very satisfied with the service. Our home is serviced by Ashley, and she does a great job. I would highly recommend Sparkle by Laura to anyone seeking this type of service.

We have used this service for a couple months now for housekeeping every other week. So far, we have been very satisfied with the quality of their work.

I had Sparkle by Laura clean my house for about the last year.  Their former employee April did a good job but then she quit and Laura cleaned for us for the last few months (only once a month was needed for us).  The service was ok, but not great.  This last time we really noticed the service was fair and I texted Laura about it as that seemed to be her preferred method of communication.  The tubs had mildew which had not been treated.  All of our things appeared as if they had been thrown back after cleaning instead of neatly placed, as if she was in a hurry. Also, the polish that was used on the wood furniture was apparently not allowed to dry properly before putting things back because when I picked up a book on the table, the back of it was wet and tacky and so was the table.  Also, Laura said she would arrive at 10am and showed up close to 11am with no phone call or text letting us know she would be delayed. When I texted all of this to Laura I received no response. As the owner, I expected some response acknowledging the issues, apologizing, anything, but instead received no response.  We will not be using them again.

Amy, who works for Sparkle by Laura, has been cleaning for us for several months, and previously Laura and some of her other employees have also cleaned for us.  We are very happy with the work they do.  Amy is always punctual, responsive to any extra cleaning requests we make, and works very well around our 4 dogs.  Laura and Amy are very good communicators and let us know well in advance if they need to make any schedule changes, and they have been flexible about working around our change requests too.  I feel that anyone Laura sends to us will be honest and hard-working, and that has certainly been our experience over a few years with this company.

I have used them for almost two years, and we have a great working relationship.  They do a great job, are dependable, and trustworthy.  My house truly does SPARKLE!!

We have been using Laura's cleaning service for about 18 months now and have no complaints. The first time she came and surveyed the house, she mentioned it need deep cleaning. She and her daughter in law spent 8 hours on a Saturday and cleaned it top to bottom for about $500, I think. Now we get the house cleaned every 4 weeks. They have never missed a day or been late. We are very pleased. We have used many cleaning services in the past and this is the only one we have loved and stuck with.

Ashley did a great job, and was so friendly and professional. I am definitely going to request her for a monthly scheduled visit!
