From start to finish everything went well. What could have been a very stressful time was anything but stressful. He is very reasonable on his prices. He is honest, fair, and even comes to the home for no charge as long as it is local travel. He was very prompt and could not have expect any better service.

He does all of this for a reasonable price. He does excellent work. If he can't do it from my home, he will take it to his home and bring it back the next day. He also helped my wife with a computer lesson when she was looking for a job. When I get new hardware, he lets me know when I need to upgrade. He also has given me advice on printers on other pieces of hardware.
