Bill charges by the hour which I find works well when I need odd jobs done. He is honest, does quality work and works efficiently but thoroughly. This is the second time he has done work for us and I will definitely call him again for odd jobs. He has the skills to do more complex work like remodeling, wiring, but we have not had the need for those services.
