SEVENTH GREEN HOME IMPROVEMENTS INC

Michael came out to our house to give us an estimate on a full kitchen renovation. We really liked his personality and were very optimistic about using him as our contractor. He told me he would have the estimate to us within a few days. After several days, he emailed me an apology and said that it would take a few more days to send the estimate. However, after waiting a full week, I emailed him inquiring when we'd get the estimate. No response! Then I called him and still have not received a response (it's been several weeks now). It's too bad that he dropped the ball, since we liked him so much, we probably would have hired him, even if his price was a bit higher than others. Oh well!

He is great. He is incredible with communication. He returns phone calls and is very efficient. He does not expect payment until the job is done. One thing he did that really impressed us was that he bought windows at hardware store and 2 weeks later he noticed they were having a sale and he called and told us to take our receipt there so we could get a credit form them. He is very nice, personable, friendly and very reasonable prices.
