He did excellent work. His price was more than fair. He was punctual and he did a good job. Yes, I would use this provider again in the future if needed.

I thought the price was a little bit high. Kind of expensive. One of the guys kept singing the entire time which was kind of weird, but it was okay. These folks are pretty good so I’m happy with their service in general.

Their response time is same day or next day, their servicemen are professional and knowledgeable, their prices are reasonable. We have not had any issues with the things they have replaced or repaired for us.

It went very well. This is the second time they have come to my house. I used them this past spring. I have been looking for a new company to service my heating and cooling system and I have found one! I had a company last fall that wanted me to shell out an extra $300 for a maintenance contract. I did not sign with that company. Scott just wanted me to pay for my current and next visit in the spring for my contract. There were discounts for longer periods of time, but I did not sign up for that at this time (due to problems with another provider in the past). They were punctual and professional. The parent company is Chapman Heating.

Called Scott upon recommendation of a friend for their honesty.  Not disappointed.  They were prompt to appointment, explained options for replacement, and scheduled installation around our very restrictive/busy schedule.  They explained the use of our new unit, completely cleared out our old tank and even cleaned the floor from water that had leaked from the old tank (the original problem we were having that necessitated our call).  Easy to work with on financing.  Great price on unit according to several other providers.

The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done quicly. tank to bowl bolts replaced. I thought it was a little expensive for the work, but the overall experience was ok.

We were not getting any hot water - both the pressure from the hot faucets and water temp were very low.  The plumber who came found that the tube that came out of the heater was almost completely blocked.  Replaced the part.  Also discovered that the fuse had blown for the WH - oops!
I've used Scott a couple of times.  Their guys are always so nice and helpful, and I feel they are very honest, too - no hard upselling, just do the job they're there to do!

They were prompt and courteous. They have very good personnel working for them; the person who gave us a quote was very knowledgeable. He explained to us the difference between a battery backup on a sump pump and the water based one so it was a worthwhile discussion.

It was the beginning of the first week of real heat....in the 90's and my parents were coming on Thursday.  I Changed the air cleaner filter on the furnace/air conditioner and tried to cool the house down.  Noticed the fan was not working.  Called on Tuesday morning and a Larry came out after I was off work to diagonosed problem with the motor module.  The next they came with the part and installed.  The repair cost $692.00 - I did not get other estimates as we have purchased at routine check program with them.  this might be why we had timely response - but whatever - it works for us.

They are incredibly responsive and helpful.  Felt the job cost was a good value for what they did.

Prompt, conscientious and got the work done.  We had an issue with the toilet not flushing hard enough, and plumber came back the same day we called about it and adjusted the water flow.  Easy to work with.

All the repairs and replacements have been very successful to date!

All of the details are good, Derrick did not take much time getting here, was polite and knowledgeable, found the water valve, checked for leaks. and instructed me on how to turn outside water off and on.
