Rojas Roofing

Extremely pleased with the re-roofing of back chamber addition (what I call that section of this elderly cottage, back chamber). I was concerned beforehand that there might be issues since this is in no way "typical" situation. Rojas knocked it out of the ballpark. Deeply satisfied with workmanship and how Team Leader Michael made all this come together. (Sales Manager Patrick and expert Freddy, thank ya'll too!)

CAUTION, ROJAS ROOFING DOES NOT GUARANTEE THIER WORK!!!! We had a roof leak and ROJAS supposedly repaired it in December for $900.00, but had heavy rain in February, and the leak was worse than before the repair. I called them thinking they guarantee thier work, but they said they did not!!!

The Rojas crew was cost-effective, professional, timely, courteous and did an excellent job from tear-off, installation, and clean-up. I would highly recommend Rojas to anyone looking to get a new roof.

Rojas has a great team. They streamlined the operation and went flawlessly. I thank Freddy Rojas for working with us to be able to get work performed. I had my wife inspect the roof after the work was performed and she's very happy. I'll recommend Rojas Roofing to my friends and family. My suggestion is what ever Freddy suggests take it. The entire team is experienced and very efficient. They did an excellent job in a timely manner and make sure clean-up done after. Also, they worked with our schedule and willing to do it on Sunday. We were extremely happy with all of our dealings with Rojas Construction. The entire process went very smoothly. They explained all of our options for roofing and were very patient while I picked out the perfect roof color for our home. The morning the crew arrived to start work, they had moved planters and patio furniture, tarped flower beds and put ladders up before we even heard a sound. The crew was extremely professional. Our roof was completed in 12 hours. When they left, our yard and flowerbeds were immaculate. My husband, who did quite a bit of roofing during college, was very impressed with the quality both of the materials used and the workmanship. To make this whole thing even better, Rojas was the best price of all the companies that we had give us quotes. We will definitely be calling them again for any roofing needs.

Alfredo was very helpful in explaining the possible options for the roof repair. Compared to other places, he had more competitive rates. When I had questions, he answered them thoroughly and offered different options. He was punctual and also sent detailed photos of the repair. We were very happy with the service and would be happy to go to them again.

The project included all new structural components as well as all new sheathing and shingles. I met with Alfredo Rojas to review the roofs’ condition and to discuss his recommendations. I found Alfredo to be very helpful and knowledgeable; he prepared a detailed recommendation on the spot. His recommendation was a complete tear down and replacement of the roof. Alfredo’s’ bid for the project was within my budget target so I contracted for the work. Alfredo’s construction team arrived as scheduled. They were courteous and very professional. Within two days, they had removed the old roof and replaced it with all new components. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. I would definitely consider Rojas Construction for any of my future roofing needs.

From the initial estimate to the completed job the Rojas Construction crew ( from boss to worker) worked like "a well oiled machine". Alfedo worked out details with my insurance and his crew worked for 12 hours straight to complete the job ; with little disruption of my home business. Alfredo Rojas, the owner of the company was punctual and very professional. He used only quality products including a Tyvek type product under the architectural shingles instead of asphalt paper. They left the property spotless when they left and put all our patio furniture exactly where it was when they arrived. The entire strip off of the old roofing and installation was completed in one day. The experience with Rojas Construction could not have been better. My homeowners insurance paid for everything except, of course, my deductible.

Alfredo was very punctual, friendly, professional and responsive. I feel he provided me with good advice concerning alternative repairs and I didn't feel like he was trying to hard sell me to make additional money. I was very pleased with his work and several of my neighbors are planning to use him as well. We all have homes where the roof vents are not keeping birds from entering the exhaust vents for nest building. I would recommend and hire again.

Removed and replaced about 1000 sq ft of roofing. job was done quickly and efficient. Would recommend this company without reservation.

It went very well. It only took them 6 or 7 hours to put the roof on and I like it! They showed up on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt, friendly, explained the process in detail with sample materials. I got choose what color and material I wanted to use and they answered all of my questions they were very knowledgeable. Thy sent me pictures to my phone before, during, and after the project was completed since I could not be there at the time they put the new roof on. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Alfredo did all he could to resolve what he believed was causing the leak from the roof, guaranteed his work, and came out two additional times within a week to help me resolve what was actually a pipe leak in the attic. And all of this was around a holiday. Alfredo was professional and polite and eager to help. I highly recommend Rojas Construction. They answered my inquiry about a roof leak within 15 minutes and where at my home the same day. FYI: I could not really see the quality of the work because it was on the roof but he showed me photos and I feel confident the work he did was completed well.

Rojas Construction was reliable, professional, and did a wonderful job. While installing new gutter guards, they even repaired a section of the gutter for me! I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!
