Renner's Body Works

Extremely well. Steve Renner (Mr. Renner) was simply awesome. The quote was prepared promptly and professionally. He's second or third generation family auto body repair expert - so he knows his stuff. Brought the vehicle in on a Monday. Mr. Renner even offered to take me to the rental car place! He assured me he'd take good care of the car. I was about to call the office on Friday around 2:15 when my phone rang and it was Mr. Renner - "we have your vehicle ready; just need to take it through the wash." They washed and vacuumed my car! Terrific. Highly recommend!

They have been great. We have never had to take our cars back and it looks like they were never damaged when they are done. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was really high quality work. The only reason I gave them a "B" is because it took them a really long time to get the parts. I don't know how much of it was because it is an unusual vehicle, but it did take quite awhile to get the process done. Once it was done, it was perfect. I did have to call and follow up. It would've been nice if they would have picked up the phone and said they didn't get the parts and were waiting. They gave me a ride to the rental car place, so that was nice.

Fast, clear estimate courteously provided. Very reasonable price. Job completed on time as promised. Result was fantastic. The car interior was spotlessly clean when I picked it up. Will definitely highly recommend with no reservation whatsoever.

For a job that could have taken a few weeks, it took nine weeks to get my car back. I was hit shortly before Christmas so even adding in a bit of extra time because of the holiday, I did not get my car back until the end of February. When I finally went to pick up my car, my check engine soon light was on and I was told it was because my car had sat so long in the lot (which is probably true since it had been over two months). Any time I called to get an estimate on when I would receive my car back, I was told "call back next week, I should have it ready" only to be told the same thing time after time. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, just did not complete my car in a timely manner.

Steve Renner was awesome. He gave me an excellent price for the body work and finished it right when he said he would. It looks like new. I will never go anywhere else for body work. Very happy.

We had a minor accident with a mailbox that damaged the front fascia, headlight, and front quarter panel of our 2010 Lexus RX350. I checked Angie's List for paint and body shops in the Fishers/Noblesville that had the best reviews.  Renners had great reviews so I stopped in for an estimate and they were very nice and quick with an estimate. I turned it into my insurance who told me they were not on there list, but I went with them anyways because of all the good reviews here. I dropped it off a few weeks later and they gave me a ride to the nearest Enterprise. It is a small place and easy to miss if you are not looking for it. I was a little skeptical at first impression, but when I picked the car up the next week it looked perfect.  It took a few extra days than expected because someone was out sick and they only have a few employees but Mr. Renner was very nice about everything and the car turned out great. The new body panels and paint match up perfect.

This is my second time working with Steve. He is absolutely the best guy in town for body work. He made the process very smooth and easy from the start. He's worked very well with my insurance companies both times. I would really recommend him if you are looking for someone to do a through repair. I also like that I can leave my rental car at the shop and he'll take car of returning it.

If you go anywhere else you are seriously throwing money away. These people do the MOST fantastic work for the most reasonable prices. Honestly, their work is immaculate, timely and if you are in a position like me--i(the repair coming out of your own pocket) THIS is the place to go. These are good people. Trustworthy, reliable and not looking to gorge their clientele. It's not fancy..no coffee or magazines in the waiting room, but the service can't be beat!!!

I have used them several times. The first thing that got me there was their prices. My car have gotten 2 doors damaged when a neighbor hit it at the pool and their insurance company had me take it to a collision center and they wanted like $5000.00 and I knew Renner's because he lives in our neighborhood so I took it to him and they charged $1500.00 less and did a perfect job on it. I have always went there since. They are always way less expensive than dealerships or the ones that insurance companies want you to go to. They always do a really nice job and when you pick your car up it is always fixed right and it is always done when they say it will be done. They are friendly and nice to work with and never try to sell you something you don't need. I am getting ready to take the Fiat to them.

Everything went perfectly.  We brought it in, they told us when it would be done and it was done.  Then they did a little extra touch up on my mirror, which was not in the estimate and that was nice.

I found Renner's on Angie's List, where they got high marks for their work, integrity and price.  They didn't disappoint. I phoned to ask when I could come in for an estimate and I recommend you do the same, so they'll expect you. It took about 20 minutes during the holiday season to get a written estimate. Not bad.  Steve Renner gave me a good price and repair date, two weeks out and I took it. I didn't like driving around with a compromised bumper and feel safer on the road. I hope I don't need car bodywork again, but if I do, they'll get my business.
