The Good: Polite. The Bad: Horrible time/project management skills. (2 months + to get shower pan, tile and set one vanity. Demo was complete before he arrived.) Very poor quality work. Had to make him correct tile work every time he put down a new section. Finally told him that someone else (me) would finish the job and asked him not to come back. I will likely be tearing out his work. DO NOT HIRE. READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS!!!!

It went very well.  Mr. Redmon followed up on  my complaints and did a quality job installing the bathroom. He also built a closet around a furnace on the second floor and painted the entire bedroom.

We hired Brad Redmond to complete basement in January 2013.  He didn't complete the job that he promised to do and for which he had taken the money in advance. He kept changing the timeline to complete the job and finally in the last quarter of the year he refused to complete the job. The entire basement is in a big mess now as most of the works are in in-complete status. He put the drywall before completing the electrical, plumbing and HVAC work .Now there is no choice other than redo the drywall at many places to complete the remaining electrical and plumbing works. Our cost to finish the basement project has been increased by 200% as we have to redo most of the works as those were not done correctly by him. This was our worst decision to hire him as contractor to finish our basement.
