this was the 3rd time Stacey had helped someone in my family find a new home. She is knowledgeable and professional. The deal on the home I bought nearly fell through several times as we were dealing with an uncooperative relocation company as the seller. Stacey had great advice and we got the deal we wanted. went above and beyond to make the process simple and easy for me from beginning to end. On the front end I was impressed with her knowledge of the market, her honesty in assessing my property and her suggestions for getting my home in the tip-top condition for selling. Her advice paid off. I had an offer in less than a week. Throughout the selling/closing process Stacey was always accessible and
timely with her responses both to me and the buyer's agent. In addition, she has a great network of reasonably priced service providers (painters, handyman, etc.) that were exceptionally valuable when getting my property ready to sell and later through the inspection process.
