It was digital, so they came out quickly. The communication was fine. There were no issues. They exceeded my expectations. They were pretty much what I expected.

Went to 3 different locations and had 3 outfit changes for the 3 hour session. Rick went out of his way to find a great location at a Victorian house with a grand piano, a golf course, and downtown Noblesville. Rick talked to us ahead of time to get insight into what we wanted. He also spent time with us afterward going over the portraits we liked. The book is very nice and will be a Christmas gift keepsake for our daughter.
Description of Work: Purchased the Here's the Deal 3 hour portrait session with 8 layout book, several portraits and 5 digital poses. Here's The Deal: $345.00 for up to a three hour portrait session. May include up to three locations (can include studio)Unlimited clothing changesOne custom designed 8" x 8" book with 16 pages / eight layouts ( book will contain up to 24 fully retouched images of your choice).

Response from RC Fine Portraits
The client purchased a Big Deal with us which covered the session fee at a discounted rate of $49 instead of $100. We had a design session by telephone with the client prior to her session to determine what her expectations were as well as what her needs were. The client indicated that she wanted to have some portraits taken for social media in an outdoor setting. The client did not have a specific location in mind and asked us if we could scout a location for her. We subsequently agreed to meet in downtown Noblesville as there are many locations near there that would give the client a variety of portrait looks. On the day of her session we spent 2 1/2 hrs + with the client in various locations and captured a variety of dress changes. When we met with the client to view her images she was at the onset delighted with the images we had captured and even selected some favorites. However, the client wanted digital images, and we got the impression that she had assumed that the images were included in the Big Deal that she had purchased. The client did not want to invest further and left somewhat disgruntled that she would have to invest further for the images. We at RC Fine Portraits work very hard to please our clients in every way possible and we never misrepresent our pricing. It is unfortunate that this misunderstanding occurred as our Big Deal clearing stated that it covered only the session. We wish our client the best going forth and we are truly sorry this misunderstanding occurred and welcome the chance to work something out with her should she choose to contact us again. Description of Work: They were amazing at finding the perfect location and capturing the personality of our son for his senior pictures, and we had a lot of fun with our family pictures as well. We were not prepared for the cost, as the price sheet they sent us ahead of time did not include the cost for the digital pictures. They are just getting started and did not have a large screen for viewing the proofs, so all 4 of us had to gather around a small computer monitor, with little privacy to discuss what we wanted to get. HOWEVER, the pictures are amazing! They were also very quick to fix a slight problem with our order, at no extra cost.

We really appreciate your family and the opportunity to provide family portraits, as well as, senior portraits for your son...the rocker. Yes, his personality would shine in any setting, and it really made it fun for us. He was up for anything. What more could we ask for. We have been doing location photography for over 20 years and look forward to those unique sessions. We had just opened our studio location in downtown Noblesville, therefore, not all of the pieces, i.e. flat screen tv, were in place at the time of the review session. This did make it difficult for a group view the images at once, so we thank you for your patience in that regard. Now that the flat screen is in place, this shouldn't be an issue in the future. We are also happy to announce that digital image pricing is now available. Thank you, again, for your kind words. It was great getting to know your family, and we look forward to working with you again!

Chrissy and Rick were great! We went to 2 different outdoor locations as well as their studio to get a variety of shots of our 1 year old as well as some family shots. They had great props and even brought balloons per my request. The poses and background ideas were fantastic. They even came to our house to view the pictures to accommodate our busy schedules. All the pictures turned out beautifully, we had a hard time deciding which ones to choose! We will work with them again in the future and highly recommend RC Fine Portraits.

He arrived on time and spent a few minutes with me discussing what I wanted. He began taking pictures of the horses. He spent a couple of hours getting the photos. When he finished he told me the procedure on how I would get the proofs and how to order the prints. After I reviewed the pictures I selected the one I wanted. He then completed his process in a timely fashion. The photo is now hanging in my family room and it is a piece of art. I am very happy with the whole process and his talent.

In a word, AWESOME! RC Fine Portraits exceeded our expectations in every way. To say that the photographs are excellent would actually be an understatement. They are pieces of art. When people come to my house, they always ask me the same question, " WHO took this photo?" I proudly say RC Fine Portraits. Years ago, I was in a wedding where the bride and groom had hired them to take their engagement and wedding photos and when I saw the pictures, I was soooo jealous. I wished I had known about them when I got married! Their pictures turned out amazing. So, when I got pregnant, I knew exactly who I wanted to take our maternity and baby photos. For my maternity photos, we did some indoor and some outdoor shots. Chrissy understood my taste and found a perfect old barn that had a tree swing...it was such a gorgeous setting. I had so much fun taking the photos, and then when I got them, I was so happy with the way they turned out. Chrissy also really works well with babies and children. The photos of my daughter turned out perfect! I cannot wait until our next family portraits!
