Great. I hired Rausch in the fall to fix my AC that wasn't turning on. I had him out again to tune up my furnace this winter. I am selling my house currently so I will most likely have him out again at my new house, wherever that may be, to tune up the AC and check out the furnace!

Bill was great. After leaving voice mails for a few composites he was the only one that called me back. I prefer using local, family owned companies rather than bug corporate ones due to usually having better service and Bill didn't disappoint. He gave me an exact time he would arrive. He called and gave me an hour heads up so I was able to leave work and get home to meet him. He diagnosed the problem immediately and got to work. He walked me through everything he did, which I love, and showed me exactly what he was doing. The pipe was unclog get and he treated everything to make sure it was working properly. He even called me the next day to make sure the AC was working properly still. I will definitely use him in a few months to tune up my entire unit.

The price was really reasonable.  They were on time, courteous, and helpful.  They gave me quality service for a good price.

I was satisfied with the work. They are thorough and prompt and I would use them again.

I called this company again due to a previous experience with them helping us out.  Bill, who owned the business, came out and installed the new thermostat, and showed me how to program it, as well as some cleaning to the outside AC unit, also I think they may have done some other checking on things when they did that service.
