Reuben has been caring for my yard for many years. Planting many large trees, planting flowers, doing beds and mowing and plowing my drive in the winter. His team is reliable and honest. They are the best!!!

13 homes in our neighborhood contracted Mr. Rangel to clean our leaves. Upon arrival, all neighbors has been cleaned but our property. I went up to Mr Rangle to remind him that we were on the list. He shouted at me that he would not clean our yard because we used another company for our spring mulch. I pointed out that several of the yards he just cleaned use other companies including the one he use and he reasoning was not consistent. He just continued being angry and waved me off. His niece in the office did call and try to make amends, but Mr Rangel did not apologize. We have now asked our neighbors about their experience. Similar unprofessional attitude was present. Hoping to look for another professional company for the neighborhood.

Several Houses in our neighborhood contracted together with this company to remove leaves. This was the third year in a row to use them. I definitely would NOT recommend Rangel Professional Landscaping. After using him for 3 years, he raises his price a lot each year. This is after we have recruited other yards for him to do. This year after contracting for leaf removal with several of our neighbors, Rodriguez showed up in our neighborhood to remove leaves omitting our yard. I went out and reminded him that we were on the list and he said he would not do our yard because we use another company for our spring mulch. I pointed out that all of the other yards he cleans use other landscapers too for spring. He said, "We must use his company for all landscaping needs if we want him to do our leaves." Thus we were screwed today. He is very short tempered and unreasonable to talk to. He was rude, and his attempts to bully us into using him for other jobs was very unprofessional.

I am very sorry to hear that you and your partner felt this way. In no way was I arguing, bullying you nor I ever intend to do so. Prices (3 leaf pickups for $525) is very competitive; therefore, I don't understand why me raising prices is significantly high. You rated my company's "quality" and "price" a D and F, but yet you remained a customer for 3 years. You speak about unreasonable but then your rating is very unreasonable. I have full respect for this neighborhood and the customers living here which my company and I've proudly served more than a decade. Overall, the final product "seems" ok but the experience before, during and after has been frustrating. Language barriers may contribute to the frustration as well. They left piles of sod, rock and dirt spread throughout my yard ... when asked to remove the debris the team ignored request and left anyway. They broke the existing stone firepit and "pieced" if back together without regard to the damage. The completely buried the existing drain tiles with the excess dirt potentially creating further challenges as the water would not have an exit. When I called back about these issues, the son did come back and cleaned up the mess and "re-sanded" between the bricks. Once you pay these guys they are gone ... regardless of "warranty".

We try our best to make our clients happy throughout the whole process of the project and it's disappointing to hear you were not. Your hardscape project does have a 1 year warranty, expiring on May 14th, 2019 . We do honor our terms, therefore if you experience an issue with your hardscape work please let us know. Everyone was very easy to work with, and they installed the tree nearly a week earlier than originally expected. The crew was quick and kept things very neat and tidy. They were by far the cheapest quote I got for the tree. I am very happy.

We received quotes from several different companies before deciding to go with Rangel & Sons. The owner, Ruben, was very professional, knowledgeable and kept us within our budget. They removed our old concrete patio, installed a new paver patio and two Norway Spruce trees last week (10/2016). The two trees were both over 8'. We are very happy with the finished project. Our old concrete patio ended up being a lot more work to remove than any of us had anticipated and Ruben did not charge us any extra fees. They even planted grass seed in a few other areas of our yard that needed it. this was a nice extra touch.

Ruben & his crew came out in june to clean up and mulch our beds around our home and trees. They also did some lawn regrading (we had a tree removed in the back yard, and the stump was ground, but left a large mound in the backyard that we wanted to grade with the rest of the yard) and laid grass seed. They brought a large crew that showed up on time, and completed all of the work within a few hours. The crew was professional, and we were very impressed with the quality of work. Once I called Ruben, he was able to come out with his crew that same day for a quote and came 3 days later to complete the work. We typically mulch ourselves each year, but for the cost and efficiency of Ruben and his crew, we will definitely have them back next year.

We have a pretty large landscape area - foundation plantings around full house, island beds, trees, etc. Ruben and his crew did an excellent job cleaning up my existing beds, weeding, edged all of the planting areas, and added a think layer of mulch everywhere. They were very timely and the crew of 4 had my extensive area finished in about two hours. It really looks great and I will plan to hire them again.
