Woody's crew arrived right on time and tackled a very bad situation and by the time they were finished my yard was the most beautiful in my neighborhood. Woody gives very fair prices and is truly an honorable man to work with. I highly recommend Woody and whomever selects him as a vendor for lawn mowing will receive exceptional service. Once he even cleared my driveway and also steps and sidewalks when the snow was very bad. He is a team player and that is rare find in todays market. He is meticulas with his workmanship and the most important aspect in regards to hiring Woody is that he is very trustworthy and honest. He is a very kind gentleman. I am very happy to have him help me whenever I need him.

Woody called back within the hour and arrived at my home by 1:30. They all worked together in a unified professional manner and came the same day which was very, very important to me because our lawn mower has been broken for two weeks. Woody walked the property and gave me a very, very good price and the actual price was less, but because of the excellent service I gave extra money. They are in my book the very best people to have mow for my property. The lawn is manicured and beautiful now and I am ever so grateful for their kind, professional and rapid service in my time of need. I highly recommend Woody!!!

I called Woody after my long time (8 years) landscaper, took a job with a larger company. I explained to Woody that my goal was to have my yard looking clean and well-maintained. We discussed flower color for the spring as well as pre-orderering my color specific mums for the Fall. Woody was pricier than what I had been paying in the past but, I was fine with it as long as the job was to my satisfaction. The initial clean-up went very well. I was pleased. When it came time to plant my annuals, he planted colors that I specifically asked that he NOT plant and did so without having first having verified that my irrigation system had been turned on. It had not. I spent over a week, watering flowers that I didn't even like.
After discussing where I would fit in to his mowing rotation (we picked Thurs), we were rudely awakened one Sat morning at 8:30. The crew was apologetic and it didn't happen again. Actually, I can't say that recall any mowing at all after that. With the current drought in Indianapolis, the grass is dormant and quite brown. I did see the crew on my block one day. They pulled over and Woody asked if I wanted a and quot;partial mowand quot;. My invoices had several of these and quot;partial mowsand quot;. One day last week, I noticed a lot of weeds in the yard. There are Thistles that might need to be decorated for Christmas this year. I texted Woody about the weeds and he replied that he had not serviced my property in over 3 weeks because he had not gotten paid. I do all of my banking online so it was easy for me to verify. He said that he had not gotten paid in over 60 days which was not true. He had gotten a payment less that 30 days prior to the text and another payment 3 days prior to the text. I have all of the texts and several photos of the yard that looks like the Adams Family yard.
I just received another invoice. This one has a balance and a note that says that he thinks I should find someone else to service my landscaping needs...... REALLY???????
