THE JOB WAS EXPLAINED THOROUGHLY, BEFORE AND AFTER COMPLETION. THEY HAVE OFFERED ASSISTANCE SHOULD ANY PROBLEMS COME UP IN THE FUTURE. THE WORK CREW HAD TO SPEND MORE TIME ON THE INSTALLATION THAN PREDICTED, THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, BUT THEY WERE PLEASANT ABOUT IT AND WORKED EXTREMELY HARD. WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE OUTCOME, VERY MUCH ENJOY THE POND, AND FEEL LIKE IT HAS IMPROVED OUR YARD CONSIDERABLY.
