He was wonderful. I called around and the estimate I got from Plecker was right around the others I received. He was very clean and neat, and he got it done in a timely manner. The other companies didn?t respond back as quickly as Plecker did.

I did not get all the parts needed for the tub so they needed to finish. My only disappointment was that he brought a second man to help and charged me for 2 people without informing me that it would cost more. I would use them again but question the price increase because he decided not to work alone.

The man has many years of experience and he is a local guy. Very professional. I trust him in my home when I am busy doing other things and when I'm not even there. I can call him at any hour. On an estimate he is usually right on. I have a water heater going out. He even looked on cereal number and found that I have 6 more months left on my warranty and I like that because most people would have taken advantage. You just don't find this anymore. He is very responsive and he lets you know how much time you have to get something fixed or if you have a little bit of time.
