Phase 1 Electrical

Tom and his team were fantastic. They showed up on time and fixed my electrical issues. Carson was respectful and kept the inside of my house clean. Phase 1 gets my highest recommendation for a job well done. Thanks again Tom

We hired Phase 1 Electric to add lighting to 3 bedrooms and living room that did not have any ceiling lights. In addition, they upgraded all existing lighting to recessed canless LED lighting, hung a chandelier, install 2 ceiling fans, and added an outlet to wall mount our TV. The project went very smooth, great communication, workers were very friendly and polite, and most importantly everything looks and works great! Would definitely hire them again!

Tom came out the same day I requested a quote from online. He was very professional and gave us a great price for what needed to be done. One of his guys came out and installed the light a few days later and did an amazing job. Would definitely hire again.

Tom responded to my request through Angie's List in less than one minute, came out the following morning (exactly on time), immediately identified the problems, fixed it, cleaned up after himself, and even changed a light bulb for me. I would ABSOLUTELY hire him again.

I initially called Phase 1 to come out and install an outlet for an OTR Microwave. When the technician arrived he stated that I needed to upgrade to 200 amp service to complete the initial request. I obliged. The technician performed the upgrade and installed the microwave over the next two days. While he was there we also had our coach lights rewired, a ceiling light installed and asked for our switches and outlets to be replaced. This is when the trouble started. The tech (Chad) only changed about 20% of the switches, left a lot of trash in the garage and didn’t label the new panel. I asked for him to come back and complete the work which they did nearly a week later, but when I returned home the switches were still not done. I had to again ask for them to come back. He carme back again and changed 2 more leaving 7 total left. They are wanting to charge me to come back out so I have to have another company come in and complete the work.

He was on time, got it done very quickly, and I would highly recommend him for your next job!

Great. Tom responded to my email right away on a Thursday and came out on Monday. Demo'd an old electrical box and installed 2 GFCIs in our garage.

It's provided a much better result and our children are happier playing down there with more light.

Tom did quite a few things around the house because our builder did a horrible job at the electrical work.  I was very pleased with Tom at first - professional, reasonable, and finished the job quickly. I have two problems - his crew or the dry wall crew he worked with stripped my brand new elliptical machine power cord because it got dragged and no one has replaced it.  The other is he installed 43 LED lights in my house and realized he put in non dimmable lights where the dimmable ones should be, which is most of the house.  This causes all my lights to flicker.  Embarrassing when company stays over and not to mention just annoying.  I also have three employees who work at my house and the office lights flicker.  He appologizes all the time yet it has been since January we have been talking about this.  First it was they were on back order. I called Home Depot with his order number and they said it was in stock.  I told him this and still have not heard.  I really want to believe in Tom because of the great reviews and his kind words but he makes it hard when the follow through to make things right is just not there.

Tom was right on time, professional, and respectful.  He did a great job and was super fast!  His price was reasonable as well.  Would definitely have him back to do more work in the future.

Tom fixed an electrical socket in our old house that had never worked since we've owned the place.  He was very prompt and professional.  He took a look at a few other things while he was there too.  I've rarely had to use an electrician as my dad is very handy and is usually able to fix most electrical issues, but he couldn't figure this one out.  I was afraid it would cost a fortune to get the plug working, so I was pleased when it was very affordable.   Tom is now in my cell phone in case any other electrical issues arise.
