IN MY EXPERIENCE ALL THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AT ANY HOUR. THEY ARE WILLING TO GIVE COMPUTER ADVICE AND SUGGESTIONS EVEN IF IT DOESN'T BENEFIT THEM.
