Outstanding craftsmanship. Tim is more than a contractor, he is a craftsman. His attention to detail is amazing. He noticed some other repairs that needed to be completed and instead of ignoring them as other contractors will sometime do, he took the extra time to do it right. If you are looking for a perfectionist and a craftsman to do your remodeling and improvements Tim at Northland Design is your man. If you are looking for the cheapest price and are more concerned with price than quality, Tim may not be for you. He will not cut corners, and charges accordingly. I had some cracks in my brick and ask him to caulk them, his reply was he would never do that on a brick home because that is not the correct way to solve the problem. The only way he would repair the cracks was to do it right and have a brick mason take care of the problem.

Tim and his team were excellent. Quality work, patience with design choices and completely trustworthy! Our bathroom is the perfect small spa and we are so glad we chose Northland.

Tim Beadell was always professional and prompt and workmanship was very well done.  Tim was always detail-oriented.  We would invite Tim to bid other projects for us.  We really liked the outcome of the project.

They were exceptional. They were very meticulous as far as the quality. They were very easy to work with and they were very flexible. They were very high quality. Their prices were higher than some other options but the services were well worth the additional costs.

Very smooth process.  Rep came out for initial assessment and estimate.  Rep kept us involved and communicated during the entire process.  The entire process was designed around our work and life schedules to minimize impact.

They were absolutely phenomenal. The owner was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and creative. He was meticulous and he paid attention to detail. He answered the phone. I didn?t have to worry about the security and I didn?t have to check anything. He was a nice guy. He was always at the house helping us with other things too. He helped us with things that were unrelated to the job. He was very accommodating. He answers the phone, calls you back, and is very responsive. We would definitely use their services in the future too in a heartbeat. In fact, we have referred them to our neighbor. I would absolutely recommend the owner of the company. In this day and age, you want a guarantee you're getting your money's worth, and I absolutely recommend them. I never worried about my security or worried that I had to check on his team. He is so accommodating to homeowners and works around your schedule. I just could not say enough good things about him.

They were very good. They did an outstanding job. I liked the price they quoted me. The guy who put down the tile was incredible. The owner worked every day. He had the main guy Paul who worked every day as well. They experienced problems with every job they did because the people who had put the tiles before had done a very bad job. They had to scrape things out. They took extra time to only remove the old tiles from the kitchen floor. Their price was pretty much in the ball park. I would rate the quality of their work as A+. They were so good that I would not even think of using anybody else.

I was having difficulty locating someone who had installed the ledgestone product we chose for our fireplace. About to give up I saw a flyer on my desk for Northland Design. I called Tim and scheduled a meeting. After discussing the look we were after Tim assured us that he could handle our project. We signed on with Tim and he promptly scheduled our job and went to work. There were (3) other contractors working on our project so Tim had to start and stop many times in order for all facets of the job to be completed in the correct order. He was very good about accomodating our schedule and meeting the different deadlines for each phase of the project. We absolutely love the fireplace and backsplash. In retrospect we probably would have hired Tim to coordinate the entire job.

Mr. Beadell was very courteous, professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions, was on time, completed the work quickly as promised. His installers were well mannered and clean cut. They left our house in almost better shape than when they started; they actually cleaned some areas of our master bathroom that they did not need to.
