This provider did an excellent job on our tile but the carpet was horrible. Getting a quote from this provider is very difficult.

Great. Rob was easy to work with. The crew arrived on time, kept the mess to a minimum and the bathroom looks great.

This company was wonderful to work with! They were very knowledgeable and worked with us on our budget. We wrapped this project into a home purchase loan so there were a lot of hoops Midwest had to go through before everything was approved as contracts, but they were wonderful about it. The work is beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

From start to finish took some time because it was a big job. We were without our master bath for only a few days. Interruptions were kept to a minimum. Work was done, for the most part, when they said it would be. We had never had construction done in our home before (while living in it) and I would describe it as stressful, but that stress was short-lived only because useable space in our house was limited during installation in high traffic areas. Rob or members of his business were available to discuss any issues.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The technicians were on time, quick, and their workmanship was excellent. I couldn't say enough good things about Rob, the owner. I'd highly recommend them to others.

They were one of the sub-contractors that my general contractor recommended. I did a preliminary investigation on them by looking up the reviews on Angie’s List. They have just wrapped up about half of the work. They still need to finish the carpet and the wood work. The payment goes through the general contractor and I don’t think that we’ve paid them yet. I would rate them highly.

I refer to them as dumb and dumber. The owner and the salesman came out to measure a rectangle to put down new laminate flooring for the flooring that had been removed. It s not a difficult thing. Then they go order the flooring and I ve already told them what flooring, brand and color so it s not difficult. Someone delivered the flooring and it wasn t in the time frame that they told me they would come. So I sat around and twiddled my thumbs. Finally he comes and brings the flooring. I look at it and count the boxes. Then I call them and let them know there are only eighteen boxes. I asked them was that all and they said yes. I told them that I had laid the floor nine months ago and it took me twenty seven boxes. They said they would look it up and call me back. I never heard back from them. Three days later the installer showed up promptly. I told them the situation. I let him know that it was short. He observed that there weren t enough products. They said they ordered more after I called. I asked him why he sent the installer. He let me know that my slab was too wet and he couldn t install it. He said that they would wait until the dehumidifier dried it out. The slab was still too wet. They used the one I had and I let them know that it s already been running for a month and a half. They sealed the slab and installed the flooring but it wasn t enough trim. They sent out a different installer for the trim and he only came out with one piece. The delivery men didn t show up on time.
