There are several different offices. I have someone come out here and gave me an estimate and then, they just sent people. They are not the greatest. They do not use cleaning products per sand eacute;. I am not sure what they do. On the floor, they use water and vinegar and I am sure that is very good because I know a lot of people use that on windows, but I was just wanting of something little more on the floors. I think they tried real hard. They just do what they do and that is it. Some people on Angie's List looked like were going to be a lot more expensive. They really broke their backs because it was thee first time they were here.

The 2 ladies that came to clean my house were wonderful. They are very friendly and trust worthy.

Their price is great; two of them come out for three hours. They do a wonderful job. Maybe we do not have the same person back every time but the quality of work is excellent. They clean what we ask them to clean and the house is left immaculate. Everything is neat and orderly when they leave. They bring all of their own equipment and use our solution which we prefer on the floor care; otherwise they use their own supplies including their own sweepers. They are not touching anything that is of a personal nature here. They apparently must have had an excellent training program just because of the way that the ladies come in and they know what they are supposed to be doing. They are very friendly. They talk with us but when they need to get on with their work, they do. Once they start with their work, they are off. They do not take breaks; they just get the work done. We have never had a problem with them.

Didn't vacuum furniture, even though they were supposed to. Could have done way better myself (and did, after they left!)

The girls were very nice, there were 2 of them, but it was like they were on a fast pace. They skipped my laundry room completely, which all they had to do was wipe the appliances and wet mop the floor. After they left I noticed that they had skipped some of the furniture from being polished, sweeping some of the floor in the hearth room and not wiping the one granite top. They lady called and and when I told her how displeased I was she offered to have them come back to touch up- but we were leaving and did not have time. Then I called them for today. The charge was $114.00 for 2 baths, 1 bedroom, a living room and dining room combination and a kitchen and hearth room, plus the hallways. Again they were on a speed cycle. After they left I noticed that they did not even bother to lift the dog bowl in the laundry room and sweep and mop there. Also they did not bother to sweep behind the sofa and chair in the hearth room which is not against any walls. Nor did they mop the floor behind the furniture or in front of the fireplace, Having tile floors, they needed to be mopped- The countertop was not polished. I called the company and got no response. The hallways were wet when they left and they walked on them to the door making tracks. Needless to say I will never have them back in my home. You must stay on top of them or they will cut corners to get out. They did not even have to change my linens and I cleaned off the dresser. I was not watching. If you want a bare bones cleaning, they will give it to you. But watch them or you will not even get that. I paid for them to clean my home and then had to finish up what they did not do. Never again.
