MEREDITH'S SOS

I called them when I could not reach the plumber who previously worked on this system.  They arrived that day.  I explained to them the system was overloading.  They then proceeded to take the system apart.  After about an hour I went into the house.  A short time later they stated they temporarily fixed the problem and would get back to me the next day what the next step would be.  They did not call on Friday, did not call Saturday.  I called them on Monday and the gentleman stated he did not have any information for me because he had a previous commitment and did not have the time.  I then contacted the Waste Company that installed the system and they recommended another company to me.  That company arrived that day.  They proceeded to put the parts back together this company had taken apart.  During this process they found one of the pipes had been stripped and had to be special ordered and another had a rubber extension put on it.    Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
