I have never used McGavic's before but I was pleased with the installation they did on my tractor. The service tech I spoke with was very sharp and he put a lot of effort into this project that I was afraid to touch. I would recommend their service.

I bought a new Toro lawnmower from McGavic. Not being very mechanically talented, I had a few problems with it in my first few weeks of use -- including putting some bad gas in the tank. The McGavic staff were very responsive and helpful and even sent one of their staff to my home not long after I made a and quot;distressand quot; call.

We took our mower in to be fixed and while they fixed it quickly, they charged an outrageous price for a very simple repair. When asked about the cost they were unwilling to come down any. I would say they provide good overall service but prices are inflated.

Brian and his staff are true pros! They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. After a brief discussion Brian was able to make a recommendation on which trimmer would best fit my needs and budget. Whenever the time comes to replace my mower, I will head back to McGavic's!
