Bought a new mattress and box springs, mattress got low spots, mattress world replaced mattress , but said box springs were ok, mattress got low spots again, after two years, we bought new furniture 5 months ago with a platform bed from Ashley furniture, mattress had problems before we bought the new bed, now mattress world says the mattress was damaged due to new bed slats being spaced improperly, space between slats were 2.5 inches, they say slats should be 2 inches, we had the problem before we bought the bed, why can't I have a comfortable mattress , especially after I paid the big bucks, this is not fair , I am getting ripped off , so much for those huge warranties these low life's offer ?

I received very prompt, courteous service from them. I would definitely use them again. Overall I was well pleased with this company.
