. Paul sent me a letter and said he knew why I wanted someone else to fix my house, he offered me 1600.00 dollars back. Then I went to court a month later and he didn't show. The judge looked at 3 of the pictures and he said that was enough. He said he could only get 6000.00, but it should be more.  The next court apperance is Feb. 10, I hope Paul shows up. This date is to get some of my money back.

I asked him how much it would cost, and he said to consider it the blessing of the day. He said my roof is old but he thinks it will be good for another three years.  He asked if I wanted him to I will come and check it every year to make sure it was OK. He was very friendly.

We loved working with Paul Krouse.  The roofing crew was fabulous and did a great job.  The new roof looks wonderful along with the gutter screens.  We had new skylights put in the great room which required drywall work on the cathedral ceiling.  The framing was off a little and the drywall work was rough however, Paul came and had his crew correct it.   I would have preferred it be done right the first time to expidite the work however, all is well that ends well and we love the new skylights.

They did a great job.  K Roofing and Construction is used by my home insurance company, and I decided to go with them to reduce insurance hassles.  They were helpful and considerate.  All of my questions and concerns were answered completely.  They finished the work in 3 days, and they were very thorough.  I was very pleased with the results and their work!

I originally called to get an estimate on repairing the roof. Paul was on site in 2 days to assess our roof. Paul's honest assessment was that the roof needed to be replaced. After receiving quotes from 3 different companies we chose K Roofing and Construction. We chose this company for several reasons. They use top quality materials such as Owens-Corning shingles with a limited life-time warranty. This also includes a 10 yr. warranty against algae. K Construction also has a life-time warranty on workmanship. They have an A rating from Angie's List, and no complaints through the BBB. Sure they were the least inexpensive by far, but what sold us was sitting down and meeting with Paul Crouse the owner. He answered all our questions both face to face and by email. We have a Victorian style house with a turret that scare off most roofers. The complete process took 5 days, but our roof is complex and needed 56 squares to cover. The crew was extremely hard working and cleaned up after themselves very well. I have already recommended K Construction to one of our neighbors. If I ever need roofing done, I wouldn't hesitate to call K-Construction again.

K Roofing and Construction did a great job on replacing our guttering and installing guards. They were responsive and did not leave a mess behind when the job was complete.

The workers from K Roofing and Construction showed up and were very professional and courteous. 
The immediately began working with minimal disruption to our family.  They were very quick in their work and cleaned up everything when done. 
They explained what they repaired and the problems that they fixed. 

Paul arrived at exactly the time he told me on the phone that morning.  He was very courteous and professional mannered.  I showed him the problem area on my garage ceiling and he knew immediately by the shape of my roof line where the leak was coming from.   Within ten minutes he got on the roof,  fixed it, and was done.  He then inspected my attic for water damage or wet insulation and confirmed that everything was fine.  Paul is an EXTREMELY honest guy.  Since I am physically unable to get on my roof or up into my attic, he could have told me anything.  He put his ladder back on his truck, handed me his business card, then said "have a nice day" while walking away.  I stopped him and said "what do I owe you?".  He said "nothing".  I will be calling him for my next roofing need and referring all of my friends.

The company worked very diligently to complete the job with the best customer support I have ever had. Not only did they clean up, but the manager came back the next day and ran a magnet.

We had a leak in our roof, and also a gutter that had fallen off.  I called, he was out in 20 minutes, found the source of the leak, fixed it,  put the gutter back up and was gone in less than an hour.  He was very knowledgeable and guarantees his work .  He was a very nice man.  I would definitely use him again!

For about five years, every spare nickel we had was spent on our son's education who graduated last May and found a great job.  Now that he was officially off the payroll, we were able to start working on some much needed home improvements.  The first project was a complete roof on the house, a three car garage and a utility shed. 

I'm really picky, and I'm especially picky about my house.   It is four years shy of 150 years old and has been in our family for generations.  I grew up in this house.  My mother grew up in this house.  My great grandparents lived here.  Suffice it to say this house means a great deal to me and I see myself less as the owner but a temporary caretaker.

I did my homework and gathered three estimates, and well as three more to repair the center chimney.  The roofing estimates were wildly differently with K Roofing nearly $10,000 less than the highest bidder incidentally using the exact same materials.  Of course, that concerned me.  Even though I was impressed with Paul Crouse's thorough inspection, estimate and price presentation, the price gap bothered me greatly.  So I checked out his references and even drove to several of the properties to see the houses.  What really sold the deal for me that I discovered that one of the letters of recommendations was actually from a friend of mine and he enthusiastically confirmed his positive experience when I called him.  

I was pleased with every aspect of this major project.  Everything I was told happened exactly when I was told it would happen.  It was a complicated job that took a little longer than expected but that didn't cause them to cut corners.  The crew worked their tails off and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.  That alone was a formidable job considering the amount of debris from two layers of asphalt, a layer of wood shingles and 1 x 4 slats. 

Communication was great during the project.  Paul even shot photos showing the old wood shingles and slats, something I really appreciated.  Every concern and question I had was addressed.  

All told, I was completely satisfied with the construction process, the quality of their work and the price.  I would enthusiastically recommend K Roofing to anyone seeking roof replacement.
