I chose KC Nails because of the convenient location and was very impressed with the service that I received. I was given a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door and I did not have to wait long at all. Chi gave a wonderful manicure and pedicure. I loved the relaxing massage and was in awe of her ability to do such detailed nail designs by hand. She was also very friendly, it is obvious that her customer's satisfaction is very important to her. The shop was very clean. All tools were taken from an autoclave or new from the package. The workstations are cleaned immediately after each service. The thing that impressed me the most was the number of repeat customers that came in while I was there. And each one that walked in was greeted by name! It is very rare for a business to know all their clients by name, the personalized service really impressed me.

I go every 3 weeks for a manicure and pedicure, because they are so affordable and they do such a great job. Their salon is very clean and attractive, with leather couches. To sit on while you wait, ( which is never long), and have optional upgrade services in addition to regular services. A manicure and pedicure is $37. If you want that to a deluxe treatment, it is only $43 total, and includes a longer massage, sea salt scrub with warm towel wrap for your calves, and a wax dip to soften your hands after a manicure, Pure heaven, no appointment necessary, but it never hurts to call ahead.

I've been there a number of times and they've always done an excellent job. If they can't take you right then, they always tell you when you can get in. They're inexpensive, and I always look forward to going there. One time, I was not happy with my daughter's nails because there was a new person working there. I took her in, and they redid them and apologized all over the place. They take walk-ins, and they just have great customer service. They basically excel at customer service and making you feel happy about being there. The place also always looks nice.

Not only was the staff very polite, but they also opened an hour and a half early to help accommodate our tight schedule because of the wedding/photos etc. All three of the nail technicians were very professional. The facilities were impeccably clean, as were the tools they used for the manicures and pedicures. The salt rub and arm/leg massages were very relaxing. They were very generous with their time, and even threw in the paraffin wax treatment as a special bonus. Their facility is all new. They have a very nice, ENORMOUS flat screen television to help keep us entertained, and the pedicure massage/foot spa loungers were incredible! I'd like to have one at home.
