It went fantastic. I called Jim on a Wednesday afternoon and he came out Thursday and looked at the job. At that time he said he could get to it the following Monday October 2. As it turns out he was able to fit it in three days early on Friday September 29th! I would not hesitate to hire him again. In fact we are doing a bathroom remodel and need some plumbing work. Guess who I'm going to hire?

Said they would be there Monday or Tuesday. After leaving message with no response Tuesday afternoon got in touch with them Wednesday and they came out Thursday. Had to knock a hole in wall to access the pipe. Ignored suggestion to measure where the pipe was and knocked initial hole about 5 in. too high. Ended up with a 12"x14" hole to take care of instead of a 6"x8" hole. Actual plumbing repair work was fine.
