Very well. Jim has been cleaning our carpets for many years and has always done a very good job.

They did the best they could in an area that was very pet damaged by prior tenants.

Called Bill Bailey on a Thursday. He answered the phone. I explained that I had only one room with carpet and asked if he would do a job that small. (Many companies won't.) He said "Yes" and I agreed to call him the following Monday to get a date on the calendar. That evening he called back and said he could get me in the next morning due to a cancellation. He showed up right on time. We have an elderly dog who has "accidents" on the carpet to be cleaned. He pretreated the spots, cleaned and asked me to inspect his work when he was finished. Bill is the type of person you love to work with: pleasant, prompt, meticulous, neatly attired -- a true gentleman. As long as he's in business I'll use him. Oh yeah, other carpet services have charged a minimum for a one room job -- just to come out. Bill charged $60 (based on size) and stuck to that even after I questioned him.

He is an excellent carpet cleaner. We never have him come in to do everything; we have him do one or two rooms. He is very thorough and he knows what he is doing. He has never left a spot. He is just a really nice guy and we trust him a lot. We will continue to use him.

He did a fantastic job. He did a far better job than the "professional" carpet cleaners we had previously hired who had a price 4 times as high. He is a very pleasant gentleman. He stayed working past 5 o'clock to get the job done. He got all of the stains out that the other company said would be impossible to remove.

Jim did a great job. We had a small 2 bedroom apartment that was vacant & needed the carpets cleaned. Jim cleaned the carpets & was able to remove a bad stain. The carpets look great, we will definitely call Jim again in the future.

I had all carpeting cleaned in preparation for putting the house on the market. Jim did an extremely thorough job, giving special attention to stains and high traffic areas. Most of the furniture was already removed from the house, but he was careful with the existing furniture (putting foil under the 'feet' of the desks and couch) to ensure marks were not left on the carpet. Jim is professional and very detail-oriented; I definitely recommend him.

Our aging dog created a sudden need for carpet cleaning, with company expected for the weekend. I called Jim one day and he came the next. He is truly one of a kind; the owner of the business and the one out there interfacing with customers and performing the work. He is so diligent, honest, and hard-working. We have used his services for many years and I can't imagine what I will do when he retires!

We got possession of our home on 12/15 and arrived at the new home late that afternoon to discover all the stains from the dogs that had not appeared while looking at the home during the purchase process. The movers were to be at our old home early the next morning to load us up. We made the quick decision that the carpets needed to be cleaned while the home was still empty -- that only allowed us the next day to get the job accomplished. We had used Jim Bailey years ago, in another home, to clean the carpets there. For some reason, I remembered his name and that a friend had highly-recommended him at that time. My husband located Mr. Bailey's phone number, made the call to him, and explained our situation -- that he would have to come the following morning. Jim agreed to come on the morning of 12/16 to clean the carpeting that was in the upper level of the home, where most of our current furniture was being placed. He assured us that his process of cleaning would allow the carpet to be walked upon by the morning of 12/17 when the movers would arrive to unload us. On the morning of 12/16, my husband stayed at the old home with the movers, while I came to the new home to meet Jim. I arrived to discover the previous owners had not just stopped the utilities from being in their name, and allowing us to transfer them to our name -- they had the utitilies actually shut off. There was no water in the home, and there had been no gas overnight for the furnace to run, so the temperature was 53 degrees in the home (on the coldest morning of the season at that point). I desperately began trying to call utility companys to get the issued rectified, but in the meantime Mr. Bailey arrived. Somehow (I don't know what he did), Mr. Bailey got the water turned on outside and he went to work on the carpets. Eventually, later in the day, the furnace came on and we were able to warm up the home; but for the first several hours he worked away and never complained of the cold or let it stop him from doing his job. We explained we would have him back to finish cleaning the lower level when we got everything settled. We were going to be do some building of closets and reworking of a built-in cabinet in the lower level that all involved saws, and drywall, and sanding, and lots of dust. When those jobs were completed last week, we called Mr. Bailey to come back and clean the carpets on the lower level. He came yesterday and completed the job just as professionally and cheerfully as he had the first time -- although this time there were no major issues (other than 2 electricians working in other areas of the home) that he had to deal with on this trip. I even showed him where a few of the stains from the first trip were showing through, and he re-cleaned them for me. On this trip, we paid $250.00. On the first trip, Mr. Bailey had completely empty rooms to work in. On the second trip, most of the area was still empty, except for the playroom. Mr. Bailey moved all the toys & play kitchen, etc. he could (other than large shelf units) and happily cleaned away. We would highly-recommend Mr. Jim Bailey to anyone needing their carpet to be cleaned.

I've used Jim for years but had not seen him in awhile. I had done some remodeling and used a carpet cleaning firm recommended by the professionals I worked with. They didn't even move furniture out of the way!! Jim moves all furniture, and is the only one who will turn the carpet for me (that I am aware of). He works very diligently and is always pleasant and cheerful. The carpets & upholstery he did look great - I will never call anyone else again!

Mr. Baily is methodical and particular about his work. He takes his time to be sure that the work is done well and leaves your home looking as good or better than it did when he came.

Excellent service and very congenial person. Spent 6.5 hours cleaning our carpet while others averaged 2 hours. His thoroughness of work is quite evident. Would definitely use Jim again.

It went very well. I was called away on a family emergency after Mr. Bailey had already begun working. I didn't feel the least bit uncomfortable leaving my home while he was still working. He left the bill for me on the table.

He is my carpet man! He is top quality and SO reasonably priced.

Mr. Bailey arrived exactly on time in a professional manner and went right to work. When I asked if he would also look at some curtains, he was glad to do it and did a wonderful job with them. I also asked about another small bedroom and he was kind and said he would be glad to. He gave me the price and he was very very reasonable. HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER! WONDERFUL JOB AND PERSONALITY! He would be the one we would call the next time we need the carpets or drapes cleaned.
