They did a great job and hopefully gutter guard will do its job when I get heavy rains. Their window cleaning was very professional and I had not questions in regards to their work. I definitely will keep their name for future use. The cost was about right also.

Upon arrival the technician advised they could not disassemble the windows to perform the cleaning as reviewed with the estimator. They adjusted the price and cleaned the indoor and outdoor surfaces of the windows. They tracked dirt on my freshly cleaned carpets, moved but did not replace furniture and left lights on. They did not clean the exterior lights as requested. They tried to collect twice for the service provided!

The work was done professionally with no damage or messes left. Yes I want them to come back the next time I need this kind of work done.

I contacted HD Services to clean windows inside and outside. I got an estimate but it took almost two months to schedule. The scheduler must have been new because it was scheduled and rescheduled. Two gentlemen showed up, one appeared to be a student. Lead service provider told me his partner was the owner's son. My estimate was for $997 for a 2,100 square foot home with approximately 34 windows. Knowing this may be high for a newer home but ours is different since it had storm windows. That is about $30/window. They explained the process. They began to take the storms out. After taking two out the lead provider shared he could only get two storms out because there were installed incorrectly. Also reported to the owner many windows were painted shut when there was only one and I used a utility knife to open it. He told them the storms were installed incorrectly so the owner told him he could not work with the storms. I personally, with my son, went throughout the home to take the storms out taking about 25 minutes. It's about understanding the storm system which you would think a window cleaning company would have knowledge of. No offer at that time to adjust the price. They worked 3 hours and then went on an hour long lunch. The lead provider came to me and said, I am sorry I need to take the owner's son to lunch. I am sure you understand a young kid needs to eat. Came back and worked about 2.5 hours. Asked me for payment around 3:30 PM. I thought he was taking a break and wrapping up the payment. Then he walked outside where his helper was sitting in the truck. They left without completing the job. It took me a half a day to put the storm windows back in by myself. They left the screens completely dirty. I wrote the company about my experience. I asked for a refund. I was told I would get 15% off or approximately $4.30 a window which is pathetic. Have never received the refund or formal apology which I believe is an appropriate customer standard in this situation. I hired this company because I did not want to mess with this job. Saddened I spent the entire Fourth of July weekend messing with these windows. I was completely disappointed with this service and so many streaks on the windows. This is a company I have referred to many. I will not use them again.

They were here on two separate occasions (my request) and did a great job on both for a reasonable cost. Actually the gutter work has yet to be tested with a heavy rain and loss of leaves from trees in the fall, however their installation when smoothly and quickly. They even did some additional gutter cleaning for me for a little more cost. Power washing the drive went well and looks great now. Since my neighbor and I have a drive way that joins at the street entrance, we both had them power wash the driveways and sidewalk in front of the houses and split the cost between us. The cost for gutters was $414 and power washing drives $280.

Devin & Ben could not have been any kinder. They were on time, modified their quote when I added /discarded Windows to be cleaned and they worked quickly & professionally. Hire this company!!

Crew arrived 25 minutes early with no pre-call, which was not a problem since I was home. Crew was professional, efficient and personable. It only took them an hour and windows and screens look great. They reported a problem with window seals we were not aware of, which we appreciated.

They did a real good job.

I did have problems getting a work crew out here. They use temp crews and they weren't able to get the work done. The price was very good. I'm not sure if I would use them again.

I bought one of the Angie's list packages for gutter cleaning from this company.  I scheduled the work for a Tuesday.  I was told that I do not have to be there for the work to be completed.  When I came home that Tuesday evening from work, I could tell they were not cleaned.  I checked my phone, emails, etc. for some form of communication from the company.  They left no paperwork with notes, or anything.  As far as I knew there was no proof that they had even been to my home.  In my opinion, they should have either called me, or left a hang tag with notes on the door. 

I called the next day, and I was told that they could not do the work.  I asked for the reason, it was given, and I asked why I had to call for that info.  I still do not have the answer to that question.  I spoke to the AA and she said that she would send the owner to my home. 

Long story short, the owner showed up and performed the gutter cleaning.  This time I was left a sheet of paper with notes saying that he hoped that they redeemed themselves with the service. 

If the company reads these comments, I would hope that they take away one simple piece.

COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER!!  IMO, there is no excuse for not reaching a customer these days.
