Words escape me when it comes to describing our satisfaction with Indy Property Renovations.  The feeling our home was being treated with the same care and attention to detail as though it were Jason?s own home was very important to my wife since she had been remodeling our home herself and had planned to complete it to ensure it was done to her satisfaction, but illness changed her plans.  Due to several past disappointments, she did not want to hire anyone else to complete the work.  But soon after reluctantly giving in to hiring someone, she quickly saw that she could trust Jason?s work and didn?t need to be around when she didn?t feel like it.  Jason is a steady worker and does immaculate work.  His attention to detail is beyond compare in our experience.  He is prompt, honest (one of the most important assets in my opinion), very reliable, and very easy to work with.  Not only did he get up to speed quickly on our design plans and finish any plans that hadn?t been completely thought through yet, but he also suggested areas where we could improve.  With his added experience, my wife was even more pleased with the finished job than she had originally envisioned.  When we need more work done in the future, and if Jason is available, he?s got the job!

Job was amazing.  Jason did everything he said he was going to do.  he was punctual and kept us informed of progress.  Jason is very detail oriented and does quality work. We purchased the cabinets at Lowe's and with the detailed plans we provided Jason was able to complete the job on time and again the quality of his work was exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend him for any remodel

Great job!  Performed work immediately, in late evening hours when bees were in the hive.  Carefully removed exterior trim board where bees went into wall, and replaced without damage.  Pulled back carpetting inside and cut open floor board to locate hive.  Removed bees using a vacuum and box that kept them alive for relocation.  Removed hive and honeycomb, and cleaned area.  Left air scrubbers overnight to dry out cleaned area, with floor open.  Then returned next night to reinstall floor board and carpet.  You never would have known he was there!
Other beekeepers would removed honeybees for half the cost, or for free.  But Jason is a General Contractor and took apart our house carefully and thoughtfully.  Others would have left repair to the homeowner, so there's no telling what they would have done to our house and what the final cost would have been.  Also, Jason took our need and schedule serious.  Since this is his business, he was prompt while others I spoke to do this type of work "on the side".
Jason was understanding of my desire to confirm he was properly insured before work was performed.

Jason did a great job for us again.  Over the course of a week, he installed a chain link fence along our driveway to meet up with our existing fence.  He also created a custom gate to go across our driveway, and he installed an automatic gate opener.   He also constructed a beautiful privacy wall along our deck.  He did an amazing job creating it based off of a picture I had sent him.  Both projects exceeded our expectations and have created a much more pleasant backyard space for both us and our dog!

Jason Lakin is the owner. He is very reasonably priced. He is an extreme perfectionist. He perfectly matched an arched pattern in a ceiling repair. I could not tell where the repair was. He did a bath tub refinish for me and there was a bubble. He refinished the whole thing for free. He brought a counter top and when it was unloaded he did not like the seem. He loaded it back up and got a different piece that was to his satisfaction. I will use him again.

It was extensive work. They were extremely reliable. The work they did was just perfect. The guy had such attention to detail. The finished product is just amazing. One of my favorite things was that he took the old deck boards someplace where they could be recycled instead of just dumping them in the trash.
