When I visited the showroom and showed the sales rep what I had picked out, he showed me something that would be less costly, but very similar. Purchase and scheduling was a breeze! They called to tell me what time they would arrive and then arrived at that time. Courteous, clean, thoroughly explained care. The counter tops look wonderful! I am very pleased with Indy Custom Stone.

It went perfectly. This was the first time we used them and will use them forever. They were the cheapest. They came right over anytime there was an issue.

Everyone associated with this company was wonderful. We went to the shop to pick out our slabs and everyone was very helpful, friendly and informative. The measurer was very helpful and asked great questions to help us detail our project. The installers were prompt, efficient, neat and informative. We love our new granite counters!

Everyone was great, from Courtney in the showroom, to Steve who did our measurements (including working closely with my husband on the unusual shape he wanted for the island), to the guys who did the install. They were timely with the installation & our phone calls were returned promptly when we had questions. The plumbing company they use (Miller) was also great.

We got several estimates before choosing Indy Custom Stone. The difference in price was a factor but as important was the way we were treated by everyone who played a part in the installation. My husband and I have never done this kind of remodel and we were a little overwhelmed by all of the choices. We liked the fact that our salesman, Courtney Birch, explained the differences in the surfaces we were considering and helped us decide which one would work best for us. Everyone who entered our home was courteous and efficient. Every time my husband I walk into our kitchen we are amazed at the difference! We love it!
We will definitely use Indy Custom Stone in the future and will recommend them to anyone considering a remodel.

Great service, tops were ready on time. My GC was going to pick up the tops, however they suggested that they should deliver as to not break the pieces.  I approved this, until I was charged 200.00 for delivery only.  The tops were not installed by ICS, just dropped off in my back yard.  Kind of pricey for delivery, but the quality of the work is great.

At the end of the day, we have brand new granite kitchen counters that we love at a price that was very competitive to the other quotes that we were given. We were referred to Indy Custom Stone by some friends of ours who had a good experience. They are a relatively new company and still have some kinks to work out. There were a few instances of miscommunication but everything eventually worked out. We were happy to be able to go pick out our slabs on our own, I knew what I wanted but was glad to be able to choose it on my own - we even got to tape off the portion of the slab we wanted our island cut from! All of the employees who we had contact with were very enthusiastic about their jobs, you can tell these guys really love their granite, it was contagious and hard not to get excited about it all.

These guys are great. From initial contact, through planning, design, and install everyone was courteous, professional and above all else did fantastic work. We stopped in their showroom at 37 and 146th St on a Saturday afternoon, not realizing they were about to close. Without hesitating, Courtney walked us through the whole process, worked up a competitive quote based on my measurements, helped us select a sink, stone preferences, edge finish, and set up times for us to select a specific slab from their supplier and have the laser measurements of our kitchen done. Very easy to work with. John did the laser measurements. Very personable guy, and really made sure we knew what we were getting and that we were getting what we wanted. The install team was professional, and made sure the job was done right. A couple hiccups on install day with the shade of the bathroom sink and the mounting of the garbage disposal in the kitchen were corrected immediately, and without hesitation. John came back out the day after install to finish up a couple minor tasks and make sure everything was satisfactory. We're planning to redo the counters in our other bathrooms in the future, and will use ICS again no question.

My wife and I own a 95 year old bungalow that has slowly been undergoing a complete remodel from the rundown duplex that it was when we started to a modernized version of the great single family home it started out as.

Kinney Kitchens was great to work with on our custom vanity and closet units for our master bath remodel.  They were also patient while the work to get the bathroom remodel slowly progressed to the point of their installation.  Everyone we worked with were very professional and were great to work with during the design as well as the installation.  Overall everything went very well.  We are quite happy with the results and will consider working with them again on future projects.

We have an older home that we are slowly updating.  We had Kinney Kitchens come out to take a look at our kitchen and give us an estimate on building the cabinetry for that, and we mentioned that we had been getting quotes on having hardwoods installed in the living room and dining room.  Jay Kinney mentioned that they do floors, and his estimate was the lowest, so we decided to start with that project.  Kinney kitchens had a crew come out and pull up all the old carpeting and lay down hardwood floors in our living room (26' x 13') and attached dining room (11' x 12').  They were prompt and professional in every sense of the words.  Their communication was excellent.  We knew where we were every step of the way. Jay was incredibly patient with our questions, and had some great insight into design decisions, both from an aesthetic point of view and from a financial point of view.  We couldn't be happier with the floor and the level of service provided.

Fast forward 2 weeks, and we have an emergency in our upstairs bathroom, which was going to require some major work.  This took priority over the kitchen (again), and we went for a full remodel.  We called our normal contractor, and we called in Kinney Kitchens.  The contractor was going to do all the demolition work and install new tub, toilet, and put up the tile walls and floor.  Kinney Kitchens was responsible for the cabinetry and countertop.  I have to say I was nervous about having to coordinate everything between our general contractor and Kinney Kitchens.  I couldn't have had less to worry about.  Kinney Kitchens once again demonstrated excellence.  They were again prompt and professional, and they demonstrated an outstanding level of customer service.  They communicated not only with us, but also with our general contractor, and coordinated with him expertly.  We now have a beautiful redone bathroom with cabinetry that is custom fit for the space and a beautiful countertop.  Again, we couldn't be happier.

We will definitely be having Kinney Kitchens work with us on our kitchen remodel.  Our experience with them was excellent from start to finish.
