The price point was really strong, and he customized and worked with own personal material to make sure everything worked. He also wouldn't charge me for paint if he had extra. The crew was very polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Sean and his crew did a fantastic job on our house painting. He was right on with the estimate, and they went out of their way to complete the job in a timely and efficient manner. They paid great attention to detail, and were very courteous and professional. Sean, Tim and the rest of the crew were punctual, very professional, and got the job done efficiently and to our satisfaction. Sean asked us to notify him of any flaws that we noticed, which we did; and he returned to correct those within a 24 hour time frame. We have used Homan Improvement in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I feel comfortable with the crew in my house, they leave their workspace very clean, and I know I can count on them to get the job done well at a reasonable price.

We built a new house in Feb of 2008 and had 4 companies quote us pricing. He was on the low end and we accepted. Sean and his crew are great and wonderful to work with. They painted every room in the house and did a great job. It took them about 4 days to complete everything. They did such a nice job we called them earlier this year to see if the built decks. Sean came to our house and brought a book of options available to us. His price was in the middle of our quotes but based on the quality of work he did painting our house we knew we wanted him to build it. It took about a week to complete the deck. A few months later we had 3 boards warp on us. I emailed Sean to let him know and he came out and fixed the boards. I cant say enough good things about these guys. We are already discussing our next project and will be sure to call Sean!

The pool house was in need of gutters, some replacement windows, minor exterior repairs and painting. The Homan guys were contracted to due the exterior painting. Unfortunately, the other repairs took much longer than expected. Sean was great by delaying the painting until all repairs were completed. I appreciate his flexibility. Also, the guys came back after a day or two after the ob was completed to ensure I was satisfied.

We used Homan for exterior painting of our home two years ago, and because we were so pleased with that job, we hired them to do this interior painting job. Estimate happened quickly and the job started to our convenience. When we expressed a problem we'd been having with our bathroom towel bars, Sean immediately said he could fix them while they do the paint job. Hooray, they did! They were prompt, professional, and the work is high quality. I highly recommend them.

It came out wonderfully. He went out of his way to get the job right. He contacted me and each individual tenant in order to get the painted windows opened. He even cleaned the screens and washed the windows on each apartment. He even calls us back and gives us feedback on his schedule and whether or not he will be delayed. This tells me the man has a business to run and a business plan and uses all his time wisely.

I had hired someone for the job without the assistance of Angie's List. It turned out to be a fiasco. Never got the job done. Remembering my sister's good experience with Angie's List, I joined and found this group's name. Homan Improvements had only 2 to 3 reports, but all were great. I liked what I read. The owner was prompt with the estimate and punctual. His pricing was more than reasonable for the job as well as the chimney repair. He was willing to replace some damaged boards on our chimney if need be. Most others don't want to mess with little jobs like that. He sent his very professional, hardworking crew as promised in the morning, and they were done by 5:30 that evening! They were great. Great job! I will use them again.
