Very good even fantastic, that cost for this would have been almost $60, So I mentioned to one of the managers that I thought it was unfair so they took care of it completely....Nice place to buy a car

They are very friendly and willing to work with you. It's generally a little cheaper than what we'd get at the dealership. It was relatively quick. You schedule an appointment. It's not like you just drop your car off and wait for them.

It was a great experience. I was pre-approved on Monday May 26th and they called me 15 mins later to come in and meet with a solution specialist. I worked with Dave and he took his time to get me all the discounts he could and didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in. They gave me a rental car for the entire week while they did the Chevy mandated work on the new car. Overall I was probably in the sales office for 2 hours. They were very fast, easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable.

When I first arrived no one addressed me to help. After several minutes a service guy came up to me and asked how he could help, I told him I had an appointment for an oil change. Not once did they ask what time my oil change was scheduled for, what my name was, or what type of oil I would like. The only question asked was if I needed a tire rotation as well. I wanted to pre pay because I was not sure I would be able to make it back before the service department closed. However, they insisted they would call. I am glad I demanded to pre pay because I never got a call when my car was done. It took them about 15 minutes to get the paperwork together so I could prepay. As I was waiting I told John Pence "I thought it would be easer with a scheduled appointment, but it is harder." John said "I don't think it is".... This would have been a good time to apologies for my frustration, however John, service Drive Manager decided to talk down to me. I had a horrible experience at Hare Chevy. I bought my Travers from this location and thought I would be treated with respect when I take my car in to get it serviced. I guess I was wrong. This is the second time I have had a bad experience in the service department. Save your money and your time and go to a different dealership.

This is the only place I bring my vehicle for service now. They are very professional. They are a little expensive for repairs but worth it. They have never pushed me into a service. They always explain the situation to me and give me an opportunity to bow out gracefully if I would like. I highly recommend them to others.

I'm leasing a car. Nothing bad, I would say all good. They were very helpful. Made me feel at ease in a car buying situation. No complaints, I'd give them a good rating. I just saw a pretty good deal for the lease, that's how I chose them. It was great because I already knew what I wanted. I basically came in there and said this the car I want and then we just went from there. They gave me all the different options as far as added features and colors, but I pretty much knew what I wanted.
