Home Inspection
I just felt he couldv've done a more thorough job inside the home.

Home Inspection
The inspection did not go well. The inspector pointed things
out such as a door in the home would not latch completely and it was categorized
as a safety hazard (all it needed was an adjustment). He told the buyers a
floor joist was cracked and was a major problem when three contractors looked
at it and told us it was nothing more than a splinter and was not a problem and
did not need to be fixed but we still had to pay for the contractor?s time to
take a 2nd look. He told the buyers that the backup on the heat pump
was not working well and told them it was a major problem. Two different
contractors looked at the heat pump and told us it was working within
specifications, but we still had to pay a service call to have the inspection
proven wrong. Don?t use this company.
