Dan had to come out twice due to us having just purchased the home and not being aware of the location of the septic tank. Once we contacted the health department to find the location Dan returned and located the tank. Everything went smoothly and was completed quickly. We will definitely use him in the future.

I can see why they get an A rating with Angie's list! The entire process from phone call through appointment through the service was terrific! Dan was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly and very punctual

I couldn't remember exactly where the tank was, but they had no trouble finding the tank and digging the hole to get to it. The cost for pumping the tank was $250, and there was a $25 digging fee. The work was performed efficiently without any trouble.

They did the work and went under our deck to the cast iron. They did it for what they quoted and we were very happy. We would recommend them to anyone who needs a sewer line repair. They are also coming out this spring to haul away the excess dirt.

I called to get my mom's septic tank emptied when I realized that she hadn't had this done for YEARS! She couldn't provide a date of the last time it had been pumped out and I was mortified and immediately called Hamilton County Septic and Sewer. The lady who answered the phone was so helpful, especially when I explained the situation. I wish I could remember her name, but she even called me right after they completed pumping out the septic tank. Of course the tank was compacted since it hadn't been treated with enzymes EVER and needed pumped too! They even provided the box of twelve packets of enzyme for me and my mom to put down the drains for the next year at half price since I was paying the bill and wasn't present at the time of service.
I truly appreciate their quick, prompt and beyond courteous service!

The and quot;french drainsand quot; worked well and I haven't had any issues with my septic ever since (I ended up buying the house, assured the the issue was fixed). Well, I'm relocating again to another city and selling my house. The home inspector told us he suspected draining from the septic into the perimeter drains. I called Hamilton C. S and S and asked them to come out and look at what might be happening. I was told they didn't need to come out, but that the draining was and quot;nothing abnormaland quot; and they wrote me a letter to present to the buyers as documentation. The next day I'm told that either the buyers or their agent called HCSS and was told (by John) that my septic was failing, which caused them to pull out of the contract stating that it was a and quot;known factand quot; that my septic was failing and I had purposely kept this from them! I have called and left messages for him to please call me, and have gotten no return call.
This was completely unethical in my opinion (and that of many others) because he told me less than two years ago that my septic was FINE....and hasn't been back to my property since. So how could he know it was failing...and why didn't he tell ME that?! In my opinion this man, and company, is unethical and I will be making a complaint against them. He lied to me when I bought this home, and now he's still doing it....probably because it was HIS work!
If you want someone honest and ethical .....take my advice and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

They were able to schedule the service for the next afternoon after I called. They arrived on-time and were very professional while performing the task. From their office to the techs on the truck - very good people!

They showed up on time and quickly pumped out the septic tank. They gave recommendations as to how often the tanks would need to be pumped.

They were absolutely awesome. They walked me through everything they were doing. They cleaned up my yard. I had several estimates and they were the best. Very polite and answered every question I asked. They did a couple of extra things that were not in the contract because they thought it would benefit us.

I had my septic tank cleaned out and the two gentlemen who came, arrived on time and were very helpful. The lid to the tank was not visible and they were able to find it quickly by removing a couple of patio stones and once the job was complete they replaced the stones exactly where they were found. I received quality information (small booklet about septic systems) before they left and being new to septic systems this information was very helpful. The two gentlemen were very professional and even called to inform me they still had a flashlight they borrowed and were going to mail it to me so it would not get damaged. I was very pleased with the overall process.

They did great work for me. They gave me, free of charge, some chemicals to put in the septic tank to help the system run properly.

He did a good job and the scheduling was convenient. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

We needed someone very quickly to pump out a swimming pool we are relining. The job of removing the sludge turned out to be more than we could handle so my husband called Hamilton after 6:00 pm and explained the problem asking if they could drain all the sludge. The person was very courtious and told my husband she would find out if they could do it and when. She called back shortly and told us they would be able to do it about 11:00 the next day. We asked that we be given a notice of when so we could coordinate other labor. The driver called us about 30 minutes before he arrived and arrived about 11:00. Because there is a minimum for pumping and it had been several years since we had had our septic pumped, we decided to go ahead and have it done at the same time. The young man worked diligently to get the pool pumped of all the sludge which was a great deal more difficult than pumping a septic tank. He was very polite and efficient at his job. The fee was reasonable and I volunteered to report positively to Angie's List before I even knew there was a discount and still received a nice discount. I recommend them highly.

Having a septic problem is always a frustrating situation. Hamco helped reduce my frustration level by providing outstanding service. Aside from doing the job in a professional manner, they provided me with great information about all of my options, information on how to maintain my system better, and ways I could save money by doing some of the work myself.

My 92 year old mother has been having septic problems for quite some time, but would not admit there was a problem. She finally asked her Meals on Wheels person for help finding someone. He showed her how to use the Yellow Pages. I'm not sure why she didn't call me (her daughter). Meals on Wheels called to tell me what had taken place. (They should be given an A rating, too.) Mother had called TWO services. Both came by the afternoon of her call. Hamilton was the first to arrive. Another service arrived a little later and left. Since Hamilton called me and had already proceeded with some work, I asked them to complete the job, as explained above. Their bid was reasonable. I have asked them to do some additional work at my mother's home.

I thought it went really well. They were out within a coulple hours. I was really pleased with the work.
