We have had a cat and dog fixed at the clinic. We have always had a good experience and the savings is worth the waiting. We will be using them soon with our new puppy.

They are cheaper and they are very good. The staff is very good and they are very friendly. I feel like they do a good job. They are usually pretty busy all the time and I don't really have to make an appointment or anything for the shots but sometimes it takes a while.

The ladies here are amazing. They treated my pup with the utmost care and respect. Leo (named after the Ninja Turtle, Leonardo...) is my first dog ever, so it was pretty emotional for me to leave him in someone else's care for the first time-- especially for a surgery. As we went in, I was ready to cry already (I'm a big softie...), but when I handed him over, the waterworks began. Seeing how nervous and emotional I was, they asked if I would like them to call me when his surgery was over. Of course I said yes. About 1.5 hours later, they called letting me know Leo was out of surgery and coming out of the anesthetics. They also told me there was a window where I could pick him up early if I liked. The usual pick-up time is 5:15pm, but by them letting me know I could do this was amazing. Their calling after his surgery also put my mind at ease. I would and do recommend their services to others. Outstanding facility, cause and employees.

It took about 30 minutes to wait in the waiting room. there were at least 20 owners/animals in the waiting room. The staff (3 people) who took my dog was very efficient and friendly to my dog, and they made me confident in leaving him. pick-up (8 hours later) was a bit confusing too, but we were treated well and professionally. for the money it was perfect! I was encouraged to buy the cone to prevent licking, so I did, but it was very flimsy and my dog was afraid of it, so that was a waste of $10. He never licked the stitches so everything was fine. No problems with the surgery whatsoever.
