Mike was super quick to respond to my request, and he scheduled a visit within the week.  His detailed quote was competitive, and he followed up with a couple of phone calls to answer any questions and see how the decision-making process was coming along.
It was a tough decision, but given that the investment in a kitchen remodel is thousands of dollars, I felt that I needed to get a few
bids.  Although Gollner Homes wasn't awarded this job, I am confident that they would have provided excellent service and a gorgeous new kitchen.  I highly recommend them.

We initially had a very bad experience with a builder that took a significant partial payment, did minimal work for the money and ultimately went bankrupt.  We met with Mike and were very impressed with his caring and understanding of our predicament.  He worked with us each step of the way and helped us to finish the rebuild being ever mindful of the money constraints we were left with due to the prior builder's negligence.
We were very impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail all the way through the process.

They do outstanding workmanship and re-pore. He believes the customer is always right even if they're not. They are flexible and accommodating, beyond belief. Even the people that work for them were very pleasant.
