He was just very good. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had used Glen's service before to repair a leak in the roof, so I knew to expect great work and service. Glen did not disappoint this time either. He was able to fit me into his schedule and get the work done. Above all else, Glen is really nice person. I would highly recommend him.

He came on an emergency basis & he was right on time. I got more than my money's worth & when he gave me the bill I was amazed. I asked him if he does roofing jobs & he told me he pretty much only does repairs. Thus, he won't give the "hard sell". It was like having a neighbor come over. Price includes materials AND labor. He was here for about 2-2.5 hrs. I felt OK leaving him to work while I was gone.

As in the past when we used his services, we were very pleased with his work. He arrived when he said he would, explained what he'd do, and actually did it that day since it was a small job. As a bonus, he gave us a hint on easily dealing with small moisture spots on ceiling!

Glen came out and gave me an estimate to complete the job. He was able to find shingles very close to the existing ones( a greenish tint). He did a very good job and even saved all the bricks for me so I can use them in a path.

Mr. Gainey is very knowledgeable, honest, and reasonable. He only charged me $105 when another company wanted to charge me $225 for far less work. He will not try to cheat you. I called and left a message with him in the morning and he called back in afternoon and came that day to do the work. He came on time and had all supplies with him. He is very good.

Called in morning, responded within 2 hours. Work completed immediately. Explained clearly work to be performed in detail. Parts with repairman on truck so repair done right away. No more issues with leaks.

Mr Gainey responded the day after my first call to analyze the problem. He was very honest about what he felt he could do and what he did not feel he could do. The job he did replacing shingles appears to be well done at this time.

Glen is friendly person and a very consciencious worker. He did a great job on what we agreed upon. He also went above and beyond by making sure that the insulation around the vents was not blocking the vents. He also trimmed off the excess bathroom vent tubes so they would more directly shoot out the soffit vents.

GLEN WAS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND TIMELY. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED, AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE KEPT US INFORMED.

GLEN WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. HE FOUND SOME ISSUES THAT I HAD NOT SEEN AND CORRECTED THEM WITH NO INCREASE IN HIS FEES. GLEN WAS HONEST ABOUT HIS SCHEDULE, AND KEPT THE JOBSITE NEAT AND CLEAN. I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN, WITHOUT HESITATION.

GLEN IS VERY RESPONSIVE, RESPONSIBLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. TELLS YOU WHAT YOU NEED AND WHAT IS REQUIRED TO FIX IT, THEN FOLLOWS THROUGH AS DESCRIBED. NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS. ABSOLUTELY NO RESERVATIONS ABOUT USING HIM AGAIN OR REFERRING OTHERS TO HIM.

I CALLED MR. GAINEY AND HE CAME TO MY HOUSE IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS. HE LOOKED AT MY PROBLEM GUTTERS AND RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT INSTEAD OF REPAIR. HE DOES NOT DO REPLACEMENT. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY.

GOOD PERSON FOR SMALL BUT HARD TO FIND LEAK.

WAS VERY SATISFIED AND PLEASE WITH GLEN'S ATTITUDE AND WORKMANSHIP.

THIS SERVICE WAS PERFORMED IN APRIL 2005. GLEN WAS ON TIME AND EAGER TO CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. HIS PRICE QUOTE WAS 1/3 THE PRICE OF ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER ON ANGIE'S LIST. HE WENT TO GET THE MATERIALS NEEDED AND RETURNED WITHIN 1 HOUR AND COMPLETED THE JOB. HE IS VERY POLITE AND CONSCIENTIOUS. I CALLED GLEN AGAIN 3 MONTHS LATER BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD ANOTHER LEAK. HE RETURNED MY CALL RIGHT AWAY AND CAME OVER IMMEDIATELY. HE SAID HE FOUND NOTHING THAT APPEARED TO BE CAUSING A PROBLEM AND TO WATCH IT FOR AWHILE TO SEE IF IT APPEARED TO HAPPEN AGAIN AND IF SO TO CALL HIM. HIS CHARGE--JUST SOME GAS MONEY! I GAVE HIM $25.00. HE'S JUST THE BEST, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM AND RECOMMEND THIS VERY HONEST MAN TO EVERYONE!

THIS COMPANY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CHECKED OUT THE SITUATION, BUT COULD NOT OFFER ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT THE CAUSE MAY BE (DID NOT THINK IT WAS THE FLASHING) OR HOW TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING. SINCE HE COULD NOT SUGGEST ANY ACTION - I DID NOT CHOOSE TO USE HIS SERVICES.

UNDERSTANDING THE SCOPE OF HIS WORK, I MIGHT CALL MR. LEE AGAIN FOR A REPAIR THAT LARGER CONTRACTORS MIGHT NOT BE INTERESTED IN.

JOB 2: GOOD. I LEFT A MESSAGE ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. HE CALLED BACK SATURDAY AT 7 AM OFFERING TO DO THE REPAIR BEFORE THE SNOWS THAT DAY. UNFORTUNATELY, I MISSED THE CALL AND HAD ALREADY SCHEDULED ANOTHER COMPANY FOR MONDAY. JOB 2: VERY PROMPT RETURNING CALLS. DID NOT DO THE JOB, BECAUSE HE WORKS ALONE AND DOES NOT DO LARGE JOBS WITH TEAR-OFF. GOOD PERSON TO KEEP IN MIND FOR LEAKS & REPAIRS.

GLEN DID A GREAT JOB. HE CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE AND REPAIRED EVERYTHING ON SCHEDULE.

NICE TO DEAL WITH CONTRACTOR THAT KEEPS APPOINTMENTS AND PERFORMS WORK PER WRITTEN QUOTE.

HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL AND VERY THOROUGH IN HIS INVESTIGATION AND FAIR IN HIS ESTIMATE. I WILL BE CALLING HIM SOON TO COME BACK AND PERFORM THE JOB.

HE IS HONEST, PUNCTUAL, AND WILLING TO TACKLE ANYTHING THAT YOU ASK OF HIM.

EXCELLENT PRICING, EASY TO WORK WITH, TRUSTWORTHY. HE IS A HARD WORKER AND REALLY WANTS TO MAKE SURE THE JOB IS DONE CORRECTLY AND IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE.

HE RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY AFTER HE GOT IN FROM OUT OF TOWN, SPENT A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO LOCATE THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK IN THE MASTER BATH, AND HAS PROPOSED A SOLUTION THAT SEEMS REASONABLE GIVEN THE PROBLEM.
