My likes was their product availability with variation of the products. The dislikes I guess would just be price.

The salesman was great and the two fellows who did the installation were as well.

My home computer was attacked by a virus. We could not get rid of it. We took the pc to the Geek Squad @ Best Buy Noblesville. They checked a few things while we waited, and determined it would need to be serviced, and advised it would be ready in about 3-4 days. In 4 days, they called & said it was done. The virus is gone, and I didn't lose anything on the computer - I was thrilled. Thank you Geek Squad, you guys are AWESOME!

It did not work out very well and they actually ended up breaking my camera worse. The camera would not feed the data to the PC, other than that the camera worked okay. I took it to their department, they shipped it away for a couple of weeks because they don’t repair it locally and when it came back it failed to work all together. They gave me a 30% discount on a new camera, so, I have a better one now. But, it was still kind of frustrating to go through that.

The Best Buy store in Noblesville consistently delivers outstanding service. Our appliance specialist was named Butch Barrick; he was extremely knowledgeable and meticulous at giving us a fantastic experience. Best Buy was not the cheapest, but when we asked them to match the price on the same dishwasher model advertised by a competitor, they did it. I've had multiple great experiences at this store over the past year and every one of their associates has been steller! They are truly an outstanding customer service focused organization.

They have good service. Everybody is courteous.

When Brian was out here the second time, I asked for the number for his manager. He gave me the number for another service technician. I got Dan's name later and that was not the number. The technician said water is coming back up through the bellows. The first time they were out was 06/07/07 the second was 06/23/07 and the last was 06/28/07. Brian did use a screw driver to try to adjust the door that was unaligned, he said he would have to order a door but this was never addressed. I just got off the phone with Dan the service manager. He refused to give me a supervisor's name and that he would have to charge me if I called again. I can't wash clothes without using soap; it doesn't get things clean.

Camera was actually repaired faster than expected in about 1.5 weeks. Camera was shipped directly to my home which is nice, but you have to be home to sign for it.
