I have called Devin Odom at Fine Craftsman Services, phone # 765-621-1671, (Contractor, Maintenance, Landscaping, Remodeling, Repairs) for a number of projects since November (see list above). He is very dependable, honest, and really does have a craftsman's skills when tackling any project. He is a perfectionist who takes whatever time it takes to get the job completed to his very exacting standards and to my satisfaction. (The sturdy, beautiful roof/shelter he built over my patio will probably outlast the house!) I have always been completely satisfied with his work and have not needed to ask him to fine tune further anything that he has done. And the best part is that he always charges less than any other estimate that I get from other contractors, so I don't get competing estimates from anyone else when we call on him. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending him. (NOTE: The $4200 estimated cost shown above was what I paid for all the projects completed between November and July, not just the patio roof.)
