Everybody Loves Clean

They worked for me for about a year and a half. The first cleaning was pretty good and the owner Kathy was part of the cleaning team. After that, I never saw Kathy again. One lady (Jamie) was part of the team every week. Whatever Jamie did was done well. However, the rest of the team varied from month to month and it seemed there was always something forgotten or not done well. For example, one week they forgot to sweep the kitchen floor. Another time they forgot to clean one of the bathrooms. They almost never thoroughly swept and mopped the tile floors in the bathrooms. Today, they neglected the inside of the microwave. My children are homes other than the ones Jamie did. My children go to a school that meets only 2 days a week with the rest of days working independently, so we were occasionally home when they were here. We moved room to room to keep out of their way. They would usually knock on the door where we were and let us know they were ready to clean that room. The final straw came today when one of my sons told one of the ladies that he was getting ready to leave and asked if she could clean a different room until he left. He left 10 minutes later and my other son and I went to a room that had already been cleaned. Later we came out to find them gone and neither boys' rooms had been cleaned. They left a note saying the boys had asked them not to clean their rooms. They never even spoke to one of my boys and the other just asked them to wait a few minutes on his room. I called Kathy and she said she felt it wasn't their problem that there had been a misunderstanding and that my sons should "know this was unacceptable." The customer is definitely not always right with this company! If you will be gone every time that they come, you might not have this problem, but you will still deal with inconsistency in staffing and forgotten jobs. The one good thing I can say about them is that I felt they were very trustworthy with valuables. I never worried about anything being stolen. However, because of the other reasons mentioned, I would NOT recommend them.

Contacted Kathy through a friend. Told her what I had and I wanted, she quoted price which I thought was almost "cheap". She said she could do this during the week and we sat a date and time. Kathy and a helper arrived about 9:00 AM and finished around 1:30 PM. I couldn't believe she could do all this is such short time. We had a walk thru and I was delighted. The house sparkles now. Thanks for a wonderful job.
