HE WAS ABLE TO INSTALL THE SPOUT AND HE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TROUBLE TO CALL HIM. THE FIRST TIME IT RAINED IT WAS LEAKING SLIGHTLY, I CALLED, AND HE CAME OUT AND CORRECTED IT. IT IS WORKING FINE NOW.
