My company has been in business since 1998. I offer most Handyman services. I specialize in gutter cleaning & repairs. I can install 20 to 30 foot sections of guttering as well as any downspout additions you may require. I also install Doors and windows. Light plumbing and repairs.Electrical fixture replacements. Exterior power washing and some roof cleaning to remove black mold and fungus. I also provide interior and exterior painting. Interior and exterior carpentry as well.

It took two trys to get the downspouts correct so that they could handle the amount of water flowing through them. Did a great job on the screen door.

What he asked for was far less than what he should have received and I had to tell him to be fair on the price. He did a lot of work. We used him many years ago for several things that had to be repaired around the house and he did an excellent job. I remembered him as outstanding and I tracked him down for additional work. He again did an outstanding job. There was some delay and he didn't respond several times but his wife was in the hospital for a serious illness. I thought enough of him to hold back and wait for him. It balanced out and I have been very pleased with him. His price was appropriate. He understood the problems and he was outstanding. I would use him again.

Don came in and looked at the work needed, offered to do all or part of the work, and gave me some advice on how to get some things completed. I had the materials ready so he started that day, and then came back the next day and finished up. He does good quality work, much better than I could do, so it was worth it.

Took several attempts for him to come out and estimate. Original estimate was $600 - $700. Halfway through the job re-estimated $800 - $900. Asked to let me know if it was to exceed $900. Final Bill was $985. I got the idea he was charging more because of the neighborhood. Repairs seem fine.

"ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS BASED ON GUTTER CLEANING AND ADDING NEW HANGERS TO OFF SET THE FACT THAT ORIGINAL SPIKES AND SLEEVES WERE 5 FEET APART. AS THE JOB PROCEEDED WE FOUND TWO STOPPED-UP DOWNSPOUTS THAT HAD TO BE REMOVED AND CLEANED AND REHUNG. NOT PART OF ORIGINAL COST DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. AS WE PROCEEDED WITH THE JOB WE FOUND BY ONE OF THE GUTTER MITERS TWO COPING SHINGLES THAT WERE MISSING AND LEFT A HOLE IN THE ROOF SYSTEM APPROX 4" ROUND LETTING IN MUCH RAIN TO THE SOFFIT SYSTEM. WE ADVISED AND REPAIRED. WE ALSO HAD TO ADD 80 LF OF GUTTER APRON TO MATCH REST OF HOME AND STOP WATER COMING DOWN BACK OF FASCIA BOARD. THIS TOOK MORE TIME AND MATERIAL. I FEEL WE WERE JUSTIFIED IN THE DIFFERENCE; I AM SORRY IT HAS TURNED INTO A MISUNDERSTANDING BUT I DID TRY TO INFORM THAT IT WAS GOING TO RUN OVER THE ESTIMATE. I DON'T OVER CHARGE BASED ON THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND DO TAKE OFFENSE TO THIS. I HAVE CUSTOMERS IN ZIONSVILLE, LAURELWOOD, MERIDIAN STREET, LOCKERBIE ETC. THEY SEEM FINE WITH OUR WORK AND PRICING. I WILL BE HAPPY TO FURNISH THEIR NAMES AND NUMBERS IF NEED BE. THANK YOU DON CLARKSON."

When getting the estimate, he didn't show up when he said he would. However he started and ended the job on time. His work was very well done and did a great job cleaning up. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.His estimate was right on target.
